We stayed 5 nights July 14-19 and very much enjoyed our stay. We were able to check in early and was given a room with a great view on the 12th floor. We chose this hotel after a friend of mine stayed here when it was still a time share only property. She knew I wanted a separate bedroom and living area since our son was coming and the pullout sofa in the living area was very helpful. Loved this hotel is very close to the subway, and short walking distance to so many things. Plus, being out at night and looking for the clock tower was fun too! We only had very pleasant and helpful exchanges with the front desk, housekeeping or anyone else who worked there. I will say to be prepared to find breakfast somewhere if the minimal continental breakfast options that you have to pay for is not what you want. I don't eat breakfast very often, but my husband does, and the Dunkin Donuts close by sold bagels or croissants with egg and sausage. This was a fast option, not ideal, but fast and he said filling. If this had not been our first-time visiting Boston as a family with so much to see and do, we would have done a couple of the daily activities they offer. We came back one day, and housekeeping was still in our room, so we went to the second floor and sat at a table to hang out for a few minutes. While we were sitting there someone was giving a group the details on the Custom House and what all it went through. it was very interesting!! Maybe next time we can make some time for some of those things. But each day they had several things guests could participate in if they wanted to. Our room was very clean, and nothing looked worn out. Plenty of drawer space and plenty of closet space. There is a small fridge, a microwave, utensils and glasses, and a sink in the living/dining area. They do have Aveda bath products in the bathroom, which was nice. And lastly the bed wasn't too hard nor too soft. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The environment is very good, 10 minutes' walk from the subway station. Many waiters in the breakfast room are very nice, except for one brown middle-aged man who has a very stiff attitude. Several female waiters are very nice. Chocolates were put out in the evening and we left a tip. We also left a note saying thank you after cleaning. Across the bridge from the back door is the children's museum, and it's also nice to walk along the river.

This hotel is across the street from Quincy Market. The location is very convenient, and it is also close to the subway. Although it is not new, it still looks good. The front desk service is patient. There is free hot drinks, fruits and drinking water in the lobby to bring to the room. Of course, a ”facility fee” of 25 knives will be charged per room per night. The bed was big enough. Because the child is already a teenager, we opened a separate room for two children (15 and 20 years old). There is no need for a family of young children to have a room for a family of four. There are many points near breakfast, you can find it by turning right. The hotel's own breakfast is also okay, the single portion is a bit large, and the average Chinese can't finish it. Note that the breakfast included in the hotel package is only a limit of 25 dollars. Another thing to remind is that I booked a three-night stay there. After the first night, there was no consumption. After returning the next day, I found that there was an apparently wiped item on the wash basin in the bathroom. Cloth, is it a hint to me that Tips will wipe the cup with this dirty cloth tomorrow? Hey, so I put two beautiful knives in the room on the third morning and came back and took it away.
