Boston West End Hotels

This Indigo should have just been renovated last year, and Apple's own map shows Holiday Choice. I have stayed a lot at Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice. This is my first time staying at Indigo. Some places around are under maintenance and a little messy, but there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Get a staple drink for breakfast, a small portion and a bad attitude. There is no garden around this hotel. Why is it called Garden? Because next to TD Garden, which is also the home field of basketball and ice hockey teams, concerts are also held, the price changes a lot, there are often no rooms when there are activities, and it is noisy after leaving at night. It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel. Unfortunately, when I checked in, it was 5 ° C outside, and I changed to the fourth room to heat up. When your room has a small air conditioner as shown in Figure 4, the large air conditioner is likely to be bad, and the small air conditioner may also be bad, much colder than the hallway. The front desk will let people repair it. (Fake decoration) If it is not repaired, it will help you to change. The attitude is good, but I suspect that they already know which rooms have bad air conditioning. The cleaning staff speaks Spanish, not English at all, and requires software translation. In short, you don't need to live here if you don't want to watch the game nearby.

Great accommodation for solo traveler or couple. Good location and clean. The location of the hotel couldn’t get any better. It’s right on top of North Station, which is a great station that has many lines to connect you to Boston and other parts of Massachusetts. It’s also a great location if you’re going to an event at the TD Garden. There is a food hall and market next door, so you don’t need to go far if you want a quick bite. Check in starts at 2pm. There are multiple kiosks to do a self check in, but there are hotel employees available if you need help. The rooms are a good size for 2 people. They utilize the space underneath the bed as bag storage. The room is smart and everything is controlled by an iPad provided in the room or via an app on your smartphone. There is a small fridge that was perfect for my water and snacks. I also loved the rainfall shower! I really enjoyed this hotel brand and would stay again at this location or any of their other locations across the world.

No breakfast, but there is a ”whole food supermarket” next to it, with a variety of foods, surrounded by Starbucks, pizzeria, American breakfast shop, very convenient. Originally paid the hotel room fee, Ctrip repeatedly deducted the deposit, Ctrip staff follow-up treatment is very professional, the first two days are handled by different people, and later by the after-sales supervisor to follow up, although toss for a week, it is counted Successfully processed, returned duplicate deductions. It can be seen that Ctrip's after-sales process is OK. I have used Ctrip to book hotels overseas, and every time I encounter problems, the customer service response is timely. The hotel is very clean and tidy. It's a good quick hotel to stay for one night when I go to Boston for business. It's very close to the North station.

If you are looking at Bisse in Seytec, Boston, it is really convenient to take 5 minutes to get to the stadium. The famous Quincy market is also nearby, so the living function is great. There is a subway station nearby. It is also quite convenient to come from the airport. I recommend the room bed. The quilt is warm. The pillow is very good to sleep.

The hotel service is very good! ! Originally, it seemed that the hotel did not have slippers, so I contacted the front desk. The front desk quickly sent slippers over. It was a very good travel experience and the location of the hotel was also very good.

The rooms are soso… the reception are very accommodating… the very good thing in this hotel is they give a frankly baked cookie which I really love the most

The room has good view and confortable. But at the leaving day I missed a apple charger I certainly remember it that contacted the outlet. I called the hotel but she said there are nothing. I was disappointed because I thought it would be easy to find it.

It was a quick trip, I didn't get checked in until 3am and left out @9 am. The room was very clean. I was able to grab a quick bagel thanks to the free breakfast buffet. My car was waiting for me and my bag was place in my car by the attendant. Once I was home checking my emails I realized my stay was prorated and I was not charged a full day. I really appreciate them for noticing and applying the credit. I will be choosing Embassy Suites for future trips to Boston.

Great stay, good location. Close to stop 7 on the trolley tour. It might be because of the state or hotel but the incidentals and resort fee are particularly higher than any other state we’ve travelled to. Something to be aware of if you’re an international tourist.
