The hotel charges a $300 security deposit and an automatic 18% gratuity on any food/drink purchased. A bowl of oatmeal and coffee was $23. There is no breakfast buffet available. The rooms are tiny and designed very much like a cruise ship cabin, complete with bunk beds! There are no closets, drawers or counter space in the room and only 6 hangers (to hang clothes where?) I had to use the ironing board for toiletries. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a curtain. (I wonder how couples feel about each other after staying there?) The only window is a floor-to-ceiling window in the bathroom so you can flash nearby shoppers as you step out of the shower. The heated towel rack in not within arm's reach of the shower and featured hard and frayed towels. The room featured a large TV that was surrounded by LED lights. No obvious switch turned off said LEDs, but apparently the round rainbow-colored emblem in one of the built-in cubby holes turned it off. On the plus side, the hotel is a half-mile from the Boston Convention Center. Also, travelers can take the Silver Line bus from Logan Airport to South Station (or one stop short of the station to this hotel) for FREE! The one-way trip back to Logan Airport is $2.40. There is a rooftop bar that features a nice city view.

First time at this hotel and we had a blast! The bar downstairs was great fun, we had plans to go down and have a couple drinks before venturing out into the city and ended up staying there the whole night!

Located right in seaport, newish neighborhood walking distance from lots of major points in the city, harbor, north end, etc. Front desk was kind and welcoming. Room was clean and modern, fun lights to control the colors. I booked a corner queen so it was a tad bigger but as expected these are micro hotel rooms so much smaller than average, no fridge or microwave in room. The bed for sure did not feel like a queen size however. They definitely need some type of shelving in the showers if you use your own toiletries, absolutely nowhere to place them. Also the shower door leaks terribly, although the floor to the bathroom area is completely water proof, it still made a mess. The bathroom and bed areas are just separated by a curtain, and the wall to the shower and toilet is just a clear glass panel.

The hotel was clean and self service- just wish there were more options for room service/ vending machines, we ran out of water and had to run to Trader Joe’s across the street to buy bottles of water.

Fabulous treatment, 10 location and clean and pleasant room.

It was good to move around and the facilities were clean. I use it comfortably by myself

I feel that the cospa is bad and the atmosphere in the room is not good. Other hotels are recommended. The hotel here has a structure similar to a love hotel.

Highly recommended for small groups. Every floor and facility is maintained at peak cleanliness and operation. Rooms are great size IF you limit your guest count to 2-3 people, most rooms are studio. They are extremely well lit, cozy, clean, modern with a tad bit of futuristic attitude. They do not have microwaves, but bell hop will bring a clean one to your room free of charge upon request. Valet is fast, affordable. However, I wish they had their own parking garage for the public, or at least a designated shared garage. There is never any riff raff from what Ive seen. The entire place is quiet and friendly, even when they are fully booked I find myself wondering if I'm alone on my floor because of how quiet it is. Top recommendation for weekend stays during conventions or sports.

Does what it says on the tin - compact but has all the amenities you need. Comfy and fine for a city break.

The staff was very accommodating, it's quiet on the weekend and it's lovely to be by the harbor.

Smallest room ever. YOTEL obviously not known for spacious rooms but my wife and I were not prepared for how small the rooms actually are. Tight for one person, extremely challenging for 2.

Loved the efficiency of the room; a place for everything and everything in its place. Such a welcoming cocoon!

Centrally located hotel that is within easy walking distance to many locales. Very clean and helpful staff. Our first room (premium queen) was very tiny & smelled. We were switched to a room 2 doors down that was bigger. Bed folds down from a reclining position and is a tight fit to get to the bathroom in the night. Overall though, it was good enough for a few nights, don’t plan to sit in the room though, only one folding chair.

Nice modern hotel. Very small room but comfy. No bottle water or refrigerator in the room. Front desk personel was helpful with check in.
