因為地理位置實在太好又續住了一晚，餐廳食物還是很難吃，漢堡皮和肉還有培根都煎的焦黑，牛排也同樣焦黑跟牛肉乾一樣，除此之外別的服務和衛生都很好

We arrived early around 11 and just wanted to check our bags and start exploring before the 3 o'clock check in time, but were able to check in upon arrival which was a huge benefit. Our departing flight wasn't until 5 and they were able to hold our luggage for us so we didn't have to drag it around with us while we waited to go to the airport. Very safe location and we walked to most everything we wanted to see. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel is great if you are in Boston for an event at TD Garden. Beyond that I would not stay at the hotel again. The staff all seemed to be very confused. No one really knew what they were doing. No one ever greeted us or smiled at us as we came and went.
I asked the front desk to set me up with parking in the garage upon arrival, as the policy states. When I went to check out I found out they had not done this for me. So I asked them to do it when I was leaving. Gave them my plate number and information and paid for parking. When I went to leave the garage I couldn’t get out. Spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to resolve the issue so I could leave the garage.
Overall the stay here was just meh. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel was very central. We were allowed to check in early which was very helpful. Best towelling robe ever!! Things that weren’t so great - the housekeeping was a bit hit and miss and the adjacent dining facility/bar was not very inviting and never seemed to be open - just full of staff chatting. But a great base for a short stay in Boston.

The hotel had just changed hands evidently. We assumed we could eat dinner at the hotel. They aren’t serving dinner at all now. Breakfast was very expensive and mediocre at best. Hopefully all will improve.
