A bit intimidating initial reservation process and anxiety producing absence of personal. Phone conversations are promo and helpful.. Overall very satisfied.

Loved this property. The location is fantastic!! Restaurants shopping etc. Fenway park/concert hall 20 min walk. We would stay here again. Rooms nice. neighborhood is lovely.

I had a really lovely stay at Sonder, Back Bay. It was close and in walking distance to many things; restaurants, bars, grocery, the Sheraton hotel which was the conference hotel for the conference I was attending. The only thing I would add is that a contact to a taxi service on site would be great. Uber was included on the app but as I was an international visitor, contacting Uber was difficult on my phone.

Loved everything about the property and location. Mildew pillow cases. Probably the laundry service. Management replaced immediately.

The location was ideal and very quiet- The room well renovated. I liked the high ceiling

It is right on Commonwealth Ave, one street down from the Newbury Street, 2 streets down from Prudential Center and walkable to the Copley Square, Boston Public Library.

The reservation stated that the room was supposed to have bed and double sofa
I have found the bed there was no sofa
The description was either not accurate or misleading
Overall the condition was ok but I felt that it was like a basement stay away from room 11
The room was cold
I have adjusted the thermostat but was not enough to make it comfortable
Thrbathroom was ok except the tissue holder was broken
The lock was not working I had to try it several times till it works
No one to talk to of anything went wrong
But the area was nice and I think I can give me second chance

I absolutely loved this place!! The rooftop terrace suite was the best. We loved the location of the place. We were in walking distance of everything. The views literally took our breath away with how perfect it all was. I loved the window that opens above the bed. Definitely will be coming back to stay there again!!!

Loved the location of this property. Although Parking is a bit of a nuisance, we decided to park at a 24 hr T parking garage in Medford (Landing Garage) and take the train into the city. It was easy and simple. We walked or took the T everywhere around the city. You have the convenience of so many restaurants and great shopping all around you. I will definitely stay here again!
