Small room but very cosy, sufficient for budget travel. A nice sitting area.downstairs. We were assisted.by a very friendly clerk l,Absir, at the front desk.He kindly arranged backstreet.room for me.

I get a free upgrade to single room which is nice. Yet one thing unacceptable is the staff open my door while I am sleeping, saying he doesn't realize this room is occupied.
Other than that, the room is clean and modern.

Found Hotel is a really wonderful place to go and stay. Situated near Boston Common, it provides accessibility to travellers especially those that are new to the city. It's near train stations too.
I was given a free room upgrade when I checked-in and was provided the most excellent customer service by Kendall. She is a really wonderful person. She patiently provided me with all the answers to my questions. 🙏
All the other receptionist I talked to were super helpful as well.
The room was fantastic too and I got what I needed for the stay.
Hopefully I can come back soon. ❤️
