We really enjoyed going up to the 26th floor to take in the view. Suites are roomy. Location is close to markets, aquarium and freedom trail. Only complaint was the frequent noise from airplanes.

What a gem of a place. The staff is wonderful and the hotel is beautiful. They have an amazing observation deck. The bar staff is friendly. The only thing they could improve on is offering something gluten free, we went out for breakfast every morning. Highly recommend and I would definitely go back

Excellent stay
Great stay with the family. Easily able to put a pack n play in the bedroom and a blow up toddler bed in the sitting room. Clean hotel with great staff.

My only complaint is that there was an event/ reception Friday evening that was very loud on our floor. Otherwise wonderful experience .

Beautiful landmark hotel
Gorgeous rooms with 16’ ceilings, well appointed. Could use a little painting here and there. Location can be beat! Would return!

This historical icon provided exemplary service and views that truly took your breath away. The property itself was clean and very comfortable. Easy access to public transportation and well situated for many walkable sites. The staff were approachable and considerate of our needs. We will be returning for any future trips to Boston.
