Fabulous, easy instructions and close to city centre with good choice of restaurants for breakfast etc. The instructions warn of the stairs and whilst a climb as a Bed and Breakfast, were no problem as you can collapse into extremely comfortable surroundings! A great find if needed would rebook again

Our room was very hot and when we addressed it with staff they told us to turn the fan on on the bathroom when we shower which we already were and told us the humidity was high in our room and to open our door and leave the fan on for 10-15.. Really?! In a bed and breakfast with other guests? Never got better, very hot I normally sleep in pj’s with blankets and had to sleep with no or bedding. Also but on my nightstand on our bed. Cameras every where 9 cameras including pointing to the hot tub. Thankfully no cameras in our room or bathroom but every where else is recorded. Feels intrusive. We knew there would be steps but winding single wide stairs with short rails is very difficult to get luggage up and down from our room. 3 flights to our room and another 2 to the hot tub

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend in the Clarendon Suite. The Proprietor was wonderful. The guest and arrival process was easy and straight forward. The room was special, elegant and charming and true to a beautiful townhome. We were an easy walk from many great parts of town including Newbury St (15 min walk) which is a hotspot for shopping and restaurants. We ate breakfast nearby at Charlie’s which was amazing (5 min walk - neighborhood diner) and had drinks at Anchovies (5 min walk - neighborhood pub - must go place for martinis). Loved this place.

Charming neighborhood which is a 10-15 minute walk to Copley Square and The Prudential. The brownstone has beautiful historic woodwork and modern updates. It was clean and comfortable with many luxury amenities.

Lovely stay at Clarendon Square. This is a special B&B, beautifully appointed, everything from the towels to the pour over coffee is perfection. The bed comfortable room was spacious, and there's even a hot tub on the top floor patio. Close to Back Bay, Blue Bikes, and plenty of restaurants near by.

Easily one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed! The attention to detail and comfort by the hosts was incredible! We stayed in the Clarendon Suite and enjoyed it very much! The bed was super comfy and the huge bathtub was so relaxing! We got engaged on this trip and the hosts were extremely helpful in assuring everything went off smoothly! We cannot thank you enough and will always remember the place we started the next chapter of our lives! Hope to be back soon!

Great location in the South End close to shops and restaurants (check out Gigi's). We walked to the Boston Common and TD Center. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The property and room are beautifully decorated down to the detail. Roottop hot tub was a definite bonus! Check in and instructions (from using the awesome pour over coffee maker and hot tub) were detailed and easy to follow. Propery owners very communicative and responsive.

The room was spotless, the customer service was amazing, and the city was great. The location of this property is perfect it was close to everything in the city, and it really felt like a home away from home, not to mention the rooftop hot tub was spectacular!
