It’s a shame that it doesn’t represent the photos A very tired place Could do with some TLC to put it back on track. Very old and messy Needs a real tidy inside and out. Then you could charge more per night It’s an absolute shame that the photo’s give you an idea of a very clean and tidy place BUT yet what we got was not!

A little bit shabby but cheaper than the local Premier Inn (and I have stayed in some shabby Premiers!) Perfectly comfortable and clean,friendly host who didn't bat an eyelid when my sister lost her room key. Unfortunately no breakfast on offer, but local cafes nearby just fine. Good location, plenty of free parking, overall a positive experience.

We booked a 2 night stay here, however we ended up leaving about 10 minutes after we checked in to find different accommodation because the bedroom and particularly the bathroom was so dirty. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned from the previous stay. I emailed the owners regarding the condition however they refused a refund. Don’t waste your money. Grotty place.

Was terible experience for me. I was driving from Liverpool to Boston. And i came to check in late around 20.00pm tired. Room wasn't clean all rubish left after last visitors. So i called them up and what respond i got, i can stay for free but we won't come to clean. Joking. Also she sayed that not- refundable. Thanks god i called booking. Com and they sort me out refund. I will add some photos how i found my room..

The hotel was very good very clean we took 2 small dogs with us I paid 40 pound for them but one of them started to bark but that's what they do so I paid 40 for nothing if they don't want them to bark why take them or please tell people they will be ask to take them with them I feel we should have some money back as they both sleep in the same room as us and in a cage we took with us we have been other places no problem am sure I am not the first and won't be the last you should make it clear to people the rules nothing was mention in your booking when you took the money I could have made other arrangements we were lucky we were going to friend pub

I’ve had two visits recently to Boston Lodge. On the first visit I had forgotten to book a downstairs room because I’m disabled. This was very quickly sorted out and I had a very comfortable double bedroom for the night. I was also able to change next visit to a double room downstairs. On the next visit I arrived about 10 days early as I was having health problems and decided to come home early. When I arrived there, I was welcomed back and a room downstairs again was provided for me. I was so relieved as I had another 150 miles to go before I would get home. It was a beautiful room with a good shower, very very comfortable bed and plenty of room for the dog. It was also excellent for pets as just outside the lodge, there is a narrow lane which is ideal to work walk up with them or you can walk on the droves. Both walks are very quiet and it means the dogs can be let off if you want to. The parking is easy and plentiful and the Wi-Fi in the room works well. Although breakfast is not available, there are. Oeating places very close by. The meal at the Wheatsheaf was excellent.

Well liked, clean and tidy, car park, house and gardens. Easy to find, right on the junction, Swineshead Fish n Chips, just down the road. Self check in was easy, rooms very clean and tidy, quiet in the evenings. Always have a good sleep there. Good location for Boston and Sleaford Definitely a good recommendation

Excellent value for money.. comfortable very clean cosy.. lovely room decorated nice. Different way to check in but was ok.. House keeper was very nice.. Would recommend and definitely visit again. Quiet even though set back on a main road.. Just what you need
