"Our room was very clean and spacious. The ****** was terrific and we had a lot of fun. We ate at the Riverview and also at the snack bar, both had delicious food! I will definitely be recommending these accommodations to friends and family!"

"Great room but it was overbooked. So they canceled our reservation and we ended up paying a higher rate. I would give the hotel a five out of four I will give your service a one out of five. Your rates very deceptive because the hotel was overbooked by your company so hotel cancelled your reservation and we got charged a much higher rate. The only room available was not appropriate for our party. It was embarrassing! I would hope that Trip.Com would make it right with this customer. "

"The whole experience was great. I received a text from someone saying if there was any thing I need let them know and sure enough I forgot my razor. I text the number and someone showed with a razor within 5 minutes. "

"It is right by an interstate so can be very loud. There was no microwave in our room. Housekeeping was to be upon request only and when we came back from being out for the day someone had “partially” cleaned our room and did not leave any towels and wash rags. Room was kind of warm and had sign on wall thermostat that said to use floor unit and floor unit said to use the wall and when I asked which to use was advised to try them both. Wasn’t a horrible person experience but definitely would not stay here again if given the option."

GGuest UserHotel was really quiet at night. The pool was locked but the guy unlocked it so the kids could get in it. It was a little dirty but I feel like it was out of season for it. Who knows. Checking in was a little uncomfortable though. The man behind the counter was nice but he was doing something on the computer so he asked the employee that was laying on the couch to get me checked in. It clearly inconvenienced her. I truly hope her day got better. Overall, if we travel to the area in the future I would definitely stay here again!
