Super 8 by Wyndham Bossier City/Shreveport Area

Wonderful stay. Only drawback is there's a train that blows the horn at random times during the night. Traffic noise is a minimum. Indian fellow at the front desk isn't to friendly.

Did the trick for what I needed. Our room seemed recently renovated and was good for us. Location was easy to get to and the lighting outside was really good.

Housekeeping ignored the "do not disturb " tag & went in while I was away, came back & told her i needed no services at the moment & she took my towels!

We waited 10 minutes at the front desk to even check in. Then we walk into a room that looked fine, but had filthy floors. The bathroom had a hole in the wall, hairs on the side of the tub and in the floor. Every bit of the floor around the baseboards had filth built up. The beds were at least clean but seems to be on metal boxes for bed frames. The people above us were obviously running a zoo that must’ve needed medication all night since we could only hear their alarms going off every 5 minutes. The zoo animals were also apparently training for the high jump since we could hear them running and bouncing off their metal boxes. I called the front desk around 12:30 and she acted like there was nothing she could do. She was supposedly going to call them. The sounds slowed a bit so we could fall asleep only to be awaken to a man and woman fighting and screaming. Then more alarms and beeping. Darn animals.

Front desk clear had attitude unfriendly, the noise of guest arguing, fighting, you can hear other guest conversation and other fictions through the walls. Poor cleaning.

They said the room has 2 wrens but they are doubles. There is a gap around the door that you can see light through which makes it noisy and difficult to warm the room. We had a man approach us in the parking lot asking for money. Very uncomfortable

Room was so dirty we had to change rooms. Hair all over, ***** hair all over the shower, dirty towels, urine etc. Second room was just as bad.

Staff was great at check in. Room seemed clean till I went in bathroom. Dirty footprint in the tub. I scrubbed that away. Then I pulled back the sheets and found blood on the sheet. Husband sat down in the white office chair and it was broke and flipped over backwards with him. Thankfully he was not hurt. The bed was on top of some type of metal frame so every time you moved the least bit it would pop very loudly and wake you up. Overall wouldn't stay again b/c I value my sleep and cleanliness over saving $20.

The stay was pleasant. Wasn't happy that the tv volume was low on high. All in all i would come back.
