We arrived here and were welcomed, Room fine, breakfast fine. booked for three days. Then we were approached by an infuriated lady manager, who said that we had booked only for one person, not my wife and i both. I looked at my *********** confirmation and saw my name followed by "double or twin room, /for two adults, so I thought that was correct. But in smaller print it did say, one guest, a mistake of mine and mine only. first time in a hundred hotel bookings. BUT --- the lady concerned went off her head, and waving her arms and gesticulating, loudly accused me of being crooked. Would NOT listen when I was standing there offering to pay any balance, with card in hand. WOULD NOT LISTEN even after I apologised...in italian. went away, told me NOT to speak to her, and not to came back. I sat at the reception desk for over an hour waiting to pay. NOW ...I'm human and make mistakes but own up to them ...BUT!! No-one accuses me of being a crook. No--one. Be careful if you deal with this clearly distrubed person, she is obviously infallible, never makes mistakes of her own, and if YOU dare get something wrong......you're dead meat. Foul abuse.

La struttura è pulita e nonostante l’arredamento risulti un po’ retrò, l’insieme crea un ambiente familiare e piacevole. La signora che gestisce questo hotel è veramente gentile e disponibile. Le camere sono spaziose e ordinate. L’hotel dispone di un piccolo parcheggio esterno, davanti alla struttura, che è risultato davvero molto comodo. La colazione è varia ed è possibile spaziare sia scegliendo piatti dolci (brioche, diversi tipi di torte etc.), che salati (uova, formaggi etc.). I prezzi sono nella media, considerando che ci troviamo a Bosisio Parini (a 5 minuti a piedi dal lago di Pusiano). Consigliato per un weekend tranquillo, all’insegna del riposo.

Una notte in singola ad € 60,00 con colazione. Un grazioso paese, una pratica piazzetta e si arriva in questo accogliente hotel, gestito con impegno, cordialità e professionalità. Non manca nulla. Singola spaziosa e pulita. Colazione buona con variegata offerta di torte. Qualche consiglio dello staff per una passeggiata presso il lago, e così si dorme in tranquillità e ci si sveglia sereni.

Personale gentile ed accogliente,cambio asciugamani diurno,colazione buona ed abbondante,camera pulita ma consiglierei di approfondirla in alcuni dettagli(ragnatele ai soffitti e alle finestre,tapparelle sporche).Comodo il parcheggio antistante.Struttura ubicata in una zona molto tranquilla.

Recensisco il fatto di non essere riuscito a soggiornare. Durante la prenotazione contatto la struttura per chiedere un late check in arrivando in aereo da Roma con un volo che mi avrebbe permesso di arrivare in struttura alle 23.50, al telefono mi accettano la richiesta e abbiamo concordato l'orario. Purtroppo il volo ha subito un leggero ritardo ma appena arrivato a Milano immediatamente mi preoccupo di chiamare l'hotel per chiedere una tolleranza di 10 Min per questo inconveniente. Mi hanno risposto ridendo che potevo cercare un'altra struttura nel tragitto da Milano a Lecco perché tanto c'erano tanti hotel dicendo che non avevamo nessuna intenzione di aspettare e mi hanno chiuso il telefono in faccia.

Complessivamente, mi sono trovato a mio agio, date le camere comode e accoglienti. Tuttavia, non posso fare a meno di denunciare la disdicevole esperienza avuta con la receptionist, che ha appellato più volte me e i miei amici utilizzando un vocabolario quanto meno colorito. Il suo atteggiamento aggressivo denota l'incapacità di gestire una comitiva, ed è un peccato, perché con il suo modo di fare arrogante e sprezzante, ha rovinato quella che avrebbe potuto rivelarsi un'esperienza piacevole.

Hotel bello e ben pulito..stanze belle e ben fornite...spa carina e accogliente..la colazione nulla di speciale molto abbondante sia di dolce che di salato ma prodotti non freschissimi e sinceramente molto deludenti..buono il caffè..personale gentile
