The Hotel is beautiful and so is the decor.. and a most comfortable bed in a spacious room , shower was very small and would be no good for large people. Beautiful gardens with a most stunning view. I woul definitely stay again it has a very relaxing lounge and dinning room overlooking the gardens

My wife and I stayed in a lovely room with a balcony and watched the Air Show. Situated at one end of the 'drag' for the displaying aircraft everything flew past our room and it was brilliant! The room was very well set up, teas and coffee etc, lovely bed, plentiful wardrobe space and a lift. Excellent restaurant and good food. Parking was a bit dislocated as if one could park directly outside their off-site was a few 100 yards and I'm partially disabled. However, it was perfect for us and for the Air Show and I'd certainly stay again.

Lovely family hotel. I booked directly with the hotel and had a great response when I requested a fridge and an iron board with iron . The lady who took my booking was very positive and gave me lots of relevant information about the hotel and our forthcoming stay. I managed to get a parking place infront of the hotel. We were in Room 204 with a seaview and balcony and it was spacious, clean and tidy. Lots of wardrobe and cupboard space for myself and granddaughter. Our balcony was wondeful and we enjoyed sitting and listening to the sea. As there was no aircon in the bedroom we had the balcony door open 24/7, which was fab. Our beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. Wi-Fi was excellent. Housekeeping service was good and we found all staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast which was tasty and good quality, as we ate out at the beach for the rest of the day. Both pools were well maintained with life guards present. It was nice to walk through the grounds to get to the beach which was a stones throw away. As we were early we were able to store our baggage.

Had a lovely time here. The location was perfect for us, the staff were friendly and super helpful. Our room was huge and just what we needed. The hotel facilities are fantastic for children and the soft play area went down very well with our little one. The breakfast selection is huge and there is something even for the fussiest. We will 100% return

We found a lovely double room with a balcony overlooking the wooded garden and the sea and Boscombe Pier. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. It’s big hotel with grand staircases and lots of gardens with paths meandering down to a park with security key gate for access. Amazing old trees and an outddor pool. Food was good, restaurant has nice views over garden and sea. Parking at hotel is limited but there’s an overspill car park just 5 mins walk away. Hotel is 5-10 mins walk down to a very clean beach and a beautifully restored pier.

I don’t often write reviews as generally feel I get good value for money on most hotels. However, with this hotel it was not good value. The hotel is not very clean or the rooms. Our Bath was damaged and rusty. No hand sanitizer stations in the hotel were working. The outdoor pool was not open even though it was August with temperature of 22 degrees. Parking was difficult to find. Lack of any atmosphere. The grounds and hotel was run down. If you have mobility issues you will struggle at this hotel. Lots of stairs and hills. I paid over £350 for one night for two rooms and feel ripped off. Such a shame as the hotel could be amazing with investment due to its location.

Indoor and outdoor pools and Jacuzzis, small gym, sauna, house he gardens leading to the beach, good food and large indoor seating areas. Ashtrays provided in selected parts outside away from non smokers. Loved it. Will go again next year.

We stayed here for the weekend as part of my husbands birthday celebrations. The Hotel went to the special effort of marking his birthday with a chocolate and fruit platter saying "Happy Birthday" in our room (which we had also been upgraded to) on arrival. Room lovely and clean and conmfortable, staff welcoming and efficient. Breakfast was very good and was a served buffet with a good choice of items. We also had a lovely meal in the restaurant on 1 evening. The Hotel is well placed to walk through their lovely gardens to the Chine, the beach, Boscombe itself and also not far to walk along the beach to Bournemouth. We went there as a couple but there were some families with small children there at the time. I would recommend to couple or families.
