We had the Apartment, it was clean and well equiped but a little bit old fashioned. Breakfast was really good, Restaurant nicely decorated

Nice friendly place with excellent food served in the restaurant overlooking the river Dordogne. Excellent breakfast spoiled for choice.

UN SEJOUR DE REVE
Un trés bon séjour avec un service exceptionnel. L'accueil fut extraordinaire. Une gentillesse au service du client. Le restaurant, les petits déjeuners sont exceptionnels.
Le SPA est très relaxant. La situation de l'hôtel est très appréciable.
Mais surtout la dame qui accueil et gère les clients est exceptionnelle. D'une gentillesse et dynamisme sans pareil.

Not impressed, don't expect too much
We didn't expect too much.
We arrived decently late and tried to call multiple times to check how late we could check in, the first 2x the phone was not answered.
We were asked if we want to see the restaurant menu but were not informed when it closes so by the time we went to the restaurant the kitchen had closed and no warm dishes were available.
The room smelled a bit of cigarettes and had to be aired out. The layout was complicated with steps right after the door and a seperate toilet which as so small that we barely fit and had problems closing the door, because our legs were too long.
The breakfast was ok but some things had run low or out and while we were eating it was not refilled and other used tables had not been cleared

Good location for the town. And the veranda looks out across the river, nice view (however all the railings and paint work were really tired). The restaurant looked really nice however I didn’t eat there. The room was tiny and needed updating and the bathroom was even tinier. Garage to park the motorcycle was a bonus. I don’t know the town however it looks past it’s best with almost half the shops vacant. Lovely little town apart from that.

Very sqeaky floors and thin walls, Also no do not disturb sign at the room. No service at the hotel in the weekend except breakfast. But in this small town maybe you best bet to a hotel. But the restaurants nearby are not ooen at normal times what they say.

Décevant, pas du tout accueillant. Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel pour rendre visite à de la famille et notre séjour a été loin d’être agréable. La chambre était très chaude, avec un simple ventilateur sous des températures proches des 40°C, au dernier étage, ou c'etait un véritable labyrinthe pour retrouver notre chambre. Le matin, le réveil a eu lieu dès 5h à cause de la lumière qui venait d’une fenêtre située juste à côté du lit, sans rideau ni volet. Lorsque nous avons demandé à changer de chambre pour éviter de souffrir de cette situation pendant tout le séjour, le réceptionniste, pas vraiment aimable, nous a indiqué que l'hôtel était complet et qu'il ne pouvait rien faire. Pourtant, plusieurs chambres vides étaient visibles. Enfin, le spa a été une grande déception : l’eau du jacuzzi puait et nous n’avons pas pu y rester plus d’une heure du a ca . De plus, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas et il était impossible d'écouter de la musique relaxante pour proditer de notre moment "détente" Bref, nous avons été très déçus par cet hôtel, tant au niveau de l’accueil que de l’état des services proposés. Ce n’est certainement pas un endroit où nous reviendrons.

En plein centre sans pour autant être un problème car le stationnement à proximité est facile et l'hôtel est bien insonorisé. Chambre familiale très agréable, spacieuse, confortable avec salle d'eau au top. Par temps de canicule, 2 regrets : chambre non climatisée (mais ventilateur et possibilité de faire courant d'air car chambre traversante) et absence de mini frigo ce qui serait vraiment un super plus. Petit-déjeuner non testé car beaucoup trop cher (14,50 €).
