We stayed for a day. The experience was amazing as the staff were very friendly, the rooms were comfortable and clean and food tasty and fresh in the restaurant. We have found a perfect place to rest half way Mackay to Brisbane. Thank you so much.

Absolutely top notch service. Rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy and absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Parking for boat and trailers and the restaurant was an added perk for not having to go far to get a beautiful dinner. Very happy and will definitely stay here again for our next big fishing trip. Highly recommend.

KHM is a wonderful find! We’d driven past many times, but finally the timing worked for us to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the night! We were made to feel very welcome, and the room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. And the meal to room was fabulous. Very reasonable rates too, especially compared to down south. We’ll be back!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Koorawatha Homestead Motel in Miriam Vale. Rooms are spacious and beautifully styled. Loved the extra touches like chocolates on the bed and espresso coffee machine. The whole complex is set in amongst lovely gardens and trees. Added bonus was the continental breakfast which was included. Such a great assortment to choose from. Would highly recommend this Motel.

After an 8 hour drive it was great to find a motel that felt more like home. The staff were friendly helpful and very professional. The rooms were clean beds very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. The meals were delicious great prices and with the complimentary breakfast included was great. The was plywood room for larger vehicles and beautiful gardens. It had a homely feel. I would highly recommend this motel and will definitely stay there again. The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. I wish them all the very best am am look forward to my next stay with them.

Very clean and tidy with super comfy beds. What a great place to stay on my way home. Craig was extremely welcoming and helpful. The restaurant served simple food cooked well which suited me just fine, and the shower was great. Highly recommended.

Have been staying at Koorawatha 2 or 3 times a year since 2020, its a halfway stop from visiting family and home. There has never been an issue, room or meals until this week. Rooms as per usual, no problem. But the meal was probably the worst I have ever had dished up. How hard is it to knock up a presentable schnitzel, chips & salad? Burnt, dried out, rock hard schnitzel, could use it a wheel chock, soft under cooked pile of potatoes swimming in oil- disgusting. My best tip is to slip 2km up the road to the Bororen pub for dinner, fantastic meal and cold tap beer. The "new managers" at Koorawatha need to employ a cook, or stop serving meals.

So happy with the new management of this place. Friendly, comfortable, clean and pet friendly. Love stopping here for a restful night travelling up n down the coast. Has a good feeling and beautiful sunsets. Thank you for uplifting this place.

Nice homely feel rooms where very comfortable food at the restaurant was lovely staff where amazing great place to rest after a long day of travel nice scenic view from your room easily accessible from the main high way will definitely stay again
