Fabulous hotel. Excellent staff, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast. I made the mistake of booking not enough nights and when I discovered the oversight the management was very accommodating. My companion loved the hotel and the excellent service.

Centrally located and with parking this is a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean with excellent bathrooms. The restaurant was good with a more than adequate menu. The breakfast was extensive and the staff were lovely and went out of their way to help you.

Received an extremely large portion of sprouts with my meal. Cleaners will often move things around in your room and leave you wondering where things have gotten to for the majority of your holiday. However the rooms are decently sized for the price and the hotel is relatively clean. Not important but not extremely disappointed would consider visiting again if improvements where made

Hotel is very well run excellent reception, very helpful, food was excellent and the dining room staff were brilliant as were the bar staff. Rooms were excellent and always clean and tidy with fresh towels everyday. Ideally located for a short walk to town and almost opposite the Therme.

Hotel molto carino e pulito, a due passi dal centro e vicinissimo al centro benessere spa di bormio. Unica pecca ristorante e spa chiusa per bassa stagione... Sinceramente il wk del 01/11 e 02/11/24 ,non era propio bassa stagione visto che l'albergo era abbastanza pieno... Consiglio pienamente....

Con mia moglie sono stato a Bormio insieme agli amici della squadra ciclismo, in questo Hotel siamo stati molto bene, personale molto disponibile e gentile, colazione super top, posizione ottima vicino al centro, raggiungibile a piedi in 7/8 minuti. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Siamo andati con amici a fine agosto, sinceramente è stata una brutta esperienza, l'unica cosa positiva la pulizia, per il resto cibo pessimo e scarso, lenzuola bucate e personale sgradevole. Oltretutto hotel 4 stelle, una sarebbe più che sufficiente. Non lo consiglio assolutamente.

Hotel in generale ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Buona la colazione, il personale gentile in sala e nella recption, pulito, ottima posizione dal centro e anche il garage pet la macchina da un punto in più. Sulle camere ho un pó da ridire, abbiamo prenotato una tripla per tre adulti. Poco spaziosa, non c'era una scrivania, il letto del ragazzo era arrangiato e corto. Arredi minimal un pó datati e nienten per appoggiare le valigie. Per un 4 stelle a 260 euro a notte mi sarei aspettata di più.

La struttura offre tutti i servizi di cui si ha bisogno. Le camere sono confortevoli, ampie, luminose e pulite. Il servizio di ristorazione è eccelente a partire dallo staff molto gentile e empatico. La cucina è ottima con diverse opzioni, incluse quelle senza glutine di cui la struttura è molto informata e fornita. Un ottima esperienza per godersi una vacanza in pieno relax e divertimento.
