It is a shame that I have to write this review. We spent a week in Italy using 3 hotels, including the Miramonti Park Hotel. With the exception of the Miramonti, all were great. The stand out issue with this hotel is the staff, the majority seemed disinterested in helping guests, with the breakfast room manager being close to extreme rudeness. From shouting at my partner for entering the restaurant(to greet our friends!) without sharing our room number and made to leave the restaurant. I could go on but will choose not to, sad to say would not recommend this hotel.

We were here for around 5 days of riding and hiking. The staff are friendly - big shout out to Beppe in the bar, and Magda in the restaurant in particular. They are great! The breakfast is comprehensive and delicious. We also ate here a few evenings, and were happy enough with the food. They have a lovely spa area, but you pay for it additionally after 3 pm (around 18 Euros from memory?). There is a big supermarket and laundry place about five minutes walk from here. The room was great. Loved the walk in wardrobe with lots of space to store things.

Booked this hotel due to positive reviews on various platforms. It’s located next to a busy road wich was clearly noticed during the night. Also there was a lot of construction noises but oke, it was “pre season”. In the room it was really hot with no airco. All the windows are electric but most of them did not work. Furniture is dated, a lot. Bathtub did not work. Breakfast was oke and included. Had dinner there once, was a bit pricy and the food did not live upto. All and all, for the price range it’s in, not worth it

So after a 10 hour journey from Cattolica, I rocked up at this supposedly 4* hotel. The receptionist advised me to book the restaurant as it would be busy, so a table was reserved for 8pm. A little late but no matter. Unfortunately the waiter hadn't got me on his booking sheet, the head waiter was disinterested and so I said I'd check with reception. Regrettably I got the 'well it's not my fault' excuse and was asked who I spoke with, as if I should remember all the names of the staff. Easy enough to see who checked me in, but no. Whatever happened to the customer being right? 'Sir has a problem? Let me sort it out.' No chance. So, 2 stars because the hotel is quite nice even if the restaurant is a little pretentious and because reception seem to have missed their client care training.

Good hotel with excellent location. 5 minutes walk to the center. The hotel has an excellent restaurant. cozy rooms in Alpine style. Very good service and friendly staff, ready to help on any issue. many thanks to Roman! he was very kind! rich breakfast breakfast.

Fantastic experience! They offer different room choices and many additions to make great surprises for your partner! Room with hydromassage tub and shower highly recommended. I will definitely return. Excellent and very varied breakfast.

Room rather small but very clean and comfortable. You have a choice of pillows for the night. Very large TV compared to the environment, however appreciated. The room was equipped with a minibar. The touch of class is definitely the breakfast. Excellent buffet with refined products for both sweet and savory. Convenient parking at the entrance. They have a spa service but we did not use it

We stayed for one night at this hotel. We had a great time. Comfort room, very nice, spacious, recently renovated, attention to detail despite being their basic room. Coffee machine with pods and herbal teas, very comfortable mattress, wardrobe with internal LED lighting, safe, very large TV. The bathroom was very nice and bright. The best was the breakfast. Exceptional. An incredible assortment of options and everything very good. There are also options with express cuisine. Roman, at the reception, was very helpful and gave us excellent advice. Finally, the free parking was very convenient. We did not use the SPA, so we cannot give opinions on it. If we return to Bormio we will certainly take this Hotel into consideration and recommend it without hesitation. Thanks again for the welcome.
