Wir haben schon sehr oft Urlaub in der Strandvilla gemacht. Weil dort alles stimmt. Tolle Zimmer, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.Und das Frühstück ist einfach mega und die Strandpromenade ist auch nur ein paar Meter weit. Immer wieder gerne.

Wir waren das erste mal auf Borkum und hatten ein Komfort Doppelzimmer mit Balkon und sogar Meerblick. Das Zimmer ist hell, geräumig, das Bett sehr bequem. Mittels einem Tablet auf dem Zimmer konnte man sich über das Hotel und seine Geschichte und über Borkum sehr hilfreich informieren und auch bei Bedarf die Zimmerreinigung für den nächsten Tag abbestellen. Finde ich eine tolle Sache und hat auch alles wunderbar geklappt. Ein Aufzug im Gebäude ist vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen, es war sehr schmackhaft und es wurde vom freundlichen Personal stets nachgelegt. Ebenso sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption, wo man mit all seinen Fragen direkt Hilfe und Infos bekam. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, direkt am neuen Leuchtturm und nur ein paar Schritte hoch zur Promenade und zum Meer. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren als Familie im Juni 25 auf Borkum, erstmalig in der Strand villa Janine und haben es nicht bereut. Wie wurden sehr freundlich von Herrn Schreiber empfangen und über die Gepflogenheiten des Hotels informiert. Wir hatten keinerlei Beanstandungen und waren mehr als zufrieden. Trinkwasser gab es umsonst, Frühstück war mehr als reichhaltig und lecker. Wir haben gleich für 2026 gebucht und freuen uns schon. BORKUM und die Strand villa Janine einfach sehr erholsam und schön. Wir fahren seid Jahren immer als Familie nach Borkum ,bisher hatten wir eine Ferienwohnung.Dieses Jahr das erste Mal ein Hotel.Wir haben es nicht bereut. Das Hotel liegt zentral und doch ruhig. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Beim Frühstücksbuffet blieben keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer ( 2 Einzel-und 1 Doppelzimmer waren hell und sehr sauber.Es gab einen Wasserspender an dem man seine eigenen oder geliehenen Flaschen jederzeit auffüllen konnte, das lästige Flaschen schleppen aus dem Supermarkt war nicht nötig. Es hat uns so gut gefallen,das wir für nächstes Jahr schon gebucht haben.

Wir waren im Juni mit 4 Personen ( 1 Komfort-Zimmer plus und 2 Einzelzimmer ) für 9 Tage im Hotel Strandvilla Janine. Beginnend mit der Anmeldung, Buchung und allgemeinen Konversation wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Zimmer waren bereits früh fertig sodass wir direkt einchecken konnten. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Personal unheimlich aufmerksam und um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Extrawünsche werden nach Möglichkeit erfüllt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Am Wasserspender können jederzeit, entweder geliehene Glasflaschen oder aber auch eigene Behältnisse gefüllt werden. Uns hat es so gut gefallen das wir direkt im Hotel für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht haben. Die Lage ist zentral und nur ca. 100 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Aussergewöhnliches 3-Sterne-Hotel mit phantastischem Personal.

Sauberes ruhiges Hotel in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr groß und abwechslungsreich. Die Zimmer sehr hell, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Ein und - auschecken ist digital sowie auch analog möglich. Service sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
