Beautiful location with wonderful staff who are happy to help with any queries. The lakeside rooms are very comfortable and the views are outstanding. The restaurant's seasonal menu was delicious and wait staff paired the food with superb wines. The lake's environment is magnificent for interesting walks with it's incredible micro climate where you find bananas next to camellias. You need a car to explore the local area or the hotel can organise a driver or taxi. Highly recommend Hotel Giardinetto for a perfect holiday.

Spent 6 nights at this hotel as part of a small tour group. No-one could fault any aspect of it. The rooms were very comfortable, with a fabulous view of the lake. The food was excellent, and the staff were amazing. I would definitely recommend a stay there.

We visited the hotel with a coach party. The weather was unkind but the hotel was very good. They catered for my dietary needs and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a lovely location overlooking the lake.

This is a lovely lakeside hotel - we had a room with a balcony overlooking Lake Orta which is a beautiful, peaceful lake. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My coeliac disease was well catered for with a good range of gluten free meals. The menus are of a very high standard. The rooftop bar is a delight, as are the other eating spaces, with spectacular lakeside views. There is even a private jetty for the lake ferry and small boats. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Family run hotel in a superb location on the lake. Ample parking for our cars and made to feel very welcome. Well appointed rooms. Slightly out of the main town but very good local restaurants which are well frequented by the locals-so you know that they are good!

We had an absolutely fabulous stay and the room, the excellent food and the wonderful staff made our stay so special. We would definitely return again and recommend highly. The beautiful setting is like a dream. Thank you for an incredible experience.

Beautiful hotel and rooms over-hanging Lake Orta. The view is incomparable. The breakfast buffet was huge and clearly catered to the different nationalities staying there. I’d like to say I didn’t have the peanut butter nor drip coffee on principle, but I definitely did and they were delicious. We did the half board and the four course meals were fantastic. Lots of hiking trails nearby
