Hampton Inn & Suites Borger

I gave this review a 2 only because the breakfast was good and most of the staff was excellent. The first day I arrived I looked around the bed to verify it was clean and found a dead bed bug (where there is dead bed bugs there are alive ones also unless it’s been treated) I go to the front desk where the girl text her manager and gives me another room (door was hanging off the hinges was fixed the next day though). The next morning I speak with the manager where she starts to tell me I was wrong it was not a bed bug but only a roll-poly. Hmmmm well in my almost 40 years I have actually seen thousands of roly-poly’s and unfortunately this was not the case. I have pictures and they did not take this seriously the room will not be treated I can guarantee that. So if you stay here make sure and pull the never changed bed skirt up and lift up the box springs before you lay your head down. If the manager would have acted half concerned instead of questioning my intelligence not sure this review would have been wrote because I don’t write reviews. I’m really hoping someone reaches out to me with an apology that I never received. God bless

We had a great stay on our way cross country. When we had some concerns about gluten-free options at breakfast, the hostess Kelly really stepped up. She and the new GM, whose name I didn't get, met with me to learn more about gluten-free needs and even made us a special breakfast! Thank you!

Visited family over a weekend and enjoyed the stay. Nice place, polite and responsive staff. Box stores and restaurants nearby, not really within walking distance. This is a good place to stay if you have a car, not so hot if you're on foot.

I’m a travel medical technologist and we stay in hotels a lot, some nice, some that belong in a horror movie. This place is clean, comfortable, the staff is great and the gym is amazing and open 24 hours. The shampoo, conditioner and shower gel smells GREAT! The TV was nice and big. My room was right next to the lobby but I didn’t hear anything all night, it was very quiet! They also have water bottle refill stations which is so nice, most places you just have to drink out of the sink. If you’re just stopping through, I definitely recommend staying here. It’s great!
