Africana Hotel & Spa

When I arrived the hotel, I found it very common and I wondered why it received so many good reviews. Then I understood why: the staff and service are greaaat. You feel at home surrounded by family. The food is delicious and the place is suitable for a nice pleasant stay. Prices are also reasonnable.I stayed 9 nights and was sad to leave what I considered my sweet getaway.

Very nice clean hotel located close to Borg airport. With good road links to Alexandria and Cairo. The rooms a spacious and clean and all rooms have a balcony. The food is very nice and is reasonably priced and all of the staff are friendly and always willing to help. I have visited the hotel frequently over the last 10 years and it is always a pleasure to arrive and sad to leave it really is not just a place it is a mood

I’ve been coming here since 2009, and this is the best hotel and getaway in the Alexandria area. Such a welcoming place. When you’ve been here once, you are always remembered again, and always made to feel so welcome. When they say “This is not just a place, it’s a Mood”, this absolutely true. It’s special. Great range of food and beverages, and nothing is too much trouble.

good experiences, with good breakfast and dinner, lived here already more than 10 day. perhaps will still choose Africana hotel and spa for the next time. the room is big enough, with nice swimming pool, and a big yard.

Do not book this hotel online, they cancelled my booking after payment with no alternatives. When I called them they said we did not receive your booking and didn't bother to help in any way! Very weird reasoning and zero customer service
