Hotel and grounds are lovely. We had a priority garden room but were upgraded on arrival to a priority sea view room (1316) Room was a good size with ample storage and a free safe. The bathroom had the fixed toiletry bottles in the shower and next to the sink, it also had an old fashioned hair dryer. There was a large terrace with a small table and chairs. No tea/coffee facilities but we had daily bottles of water (which we asked for at reception). Room cleaned daily. The only negative with the room was no aircon, apparently they only have this on in June, July and August. The room was very hot and even with the window open all night it didn’t really cool down at all. All the staff from reception, maid and bar staff were friendly and helpful. I’m not a fan of buffet food but the food was ok, plenty of choice, usual all inclusive, not amazing but all edible! The only downside - and it’s personal preference - were the cocktails. I love a good cocktail but felt that they just tasted of juice and nothing else. However I did try a gin and lemonade - which was good - they use cloudy lemonade. The pools were maintained well and plenty of sun beds to go round. There were no sunbeds/parasols on the beach for the hotel but this is due to it not being in peak season yet. The beach wasn’t powder sand more like sharp sand. You may want use water shoes in the sea as it was quite pebbly. This was a cheap all inclusive mini break, and was ok for the price we paid.

Food is good, a lot of options. Staff normal. Sunbeds by the sea cost. Evening shows are not good. Terrace furniture not comfortable...and sticky . Overall the hotel is nice

Stayed as a couple here in June 2025 It is a big hotel and the grounds are kept to a high standard We had some issues with our safe and air con however the lovely Suada who is a Customer Success Manager managed to resolve this successfully. It was a lovely week Here are my Pro's, Con's and advice Pros Staff-almost all of the staff go out of their way to help and have a smile on their face Food-all of the food we ate was lovely and on a MASS scale. Shower and water pressure was very good Con's The airport (I know its not the hotels fault but you need to be aware of it.) its organised chaos that is a real pain No irons in the rooms-they say for safety however everyone who has kids has irons-I think they need to provide irons or at least give them out when requested rather than make the guest use the paid service No kettles in room Beer was flat. The only decent beer was outside the Grand. A bit noisy round the pool-however much quieter on the beach Hotel would benefit from an Adults only area and a separate restaurant -the buffet can get very samey Advice Bring some beach shoes The sand is scalding hot and getting into the water is tricky with all of the stones I know I have mentioned a lot of Cons compared to Pros however I would revisit the hotel

Had the most wonderful week here. The hotel was spotless with staff cleaning constantly. Everyone seemed so happy and helpful. We have stayed in a lot of AI hotels but the food here was delicious every day, the best I’ve experienced in an all inclusive hotel. My husband received a bottle of fizz and a cake on his birthday which was a lovely surprise. We paid a fantastic price as it was the beginning of the season and not all of the bars were open but it made no difference to us. I definitely recommend staying here.

We have just returned from a week's stay. Montenegro is a stunning place, the views are breathtaking. This is an unusual review, as individually we didn't have many complaints, just as a whole we didn't really enjoy our stay. The hotel is lovely and clean, our room was spacious and the beds were comfy, and housekeeping in our room was done to a very high standard. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was varied, lots of choice, we had plenty of enjoyable food every day. Lunch was spectacular, in the snack bar. The choice of all inclusive drinks was the best we have ever had. The cocktails both alcoholic and kiddy cocktails were amazing. The negative which has made us not to want to return are:- The evening entertainment was held in the small snack bar area which isn't a large area, with only a limited amount of seating, so we couldn't get in. The vast majority of bar seating areas is outside, we had 1 bad day with the weather and spent most of the day in our room, as there isn't many places to be if you're unlucky enough to have bad weather. We were very bored after the first couple of days. Apart from nose bag times and sitting outside at one of the bars the kids drifted off to their phones (9, 14 and 16) we went swimming, the older 2 went to the gym a few times, but not anything else to do. If you enjoy poolside sunbathing and enjoying a drink, you will have a wonderful chill time. We just want more from our family holidays. I feel bad with this review because as I said all the individual elements were fantastic. Any problems we had were dealt with quickly, efficiently and apologetically. We were just bored.

First time in this hotel. We Came on our honey moon. Extremly satisfied with the services of Animation team. They are doing a great job! Fitnes sessions we attended every day. We are coming back next year!

We (family of 5, with "kids" aged 17-22) have just returned from a fantastic week at the Iberostar Waves Bellevue and highly recommend it. The grounds are beautiful and immaculately well maintained, facilities were great, food was good and staff were lovely. There is a lot on offer here - we did pilates, cross-fit, yoga and aqua Zumba, as well as using the tennis courts, gym, basketball court and table tennis but there was a lot more that we didn't get around to doing. Although we didn't have any need for the various kids' clubs, it looked as though they were well run, with plenty of varied activities. On our third day there was a slight issue when housekeeping noticed a leak in the ceiling in the children's bathroom, and we were told they would need to move to a different room so that it could be investigated. We were really disappointed, as the two garden rooms we had next to each other were beautiful, but we were offered a variety of options, all of which were an upgrade on the rooms we had. The manager was fantastic and spent a lot of time with us making sure we were happy with the new rooms (which were great). These things happen - what matters is how they are dealt with, and I cannot speak highly enough of the manager and the steps she took. Towards the end of the week, as a family we had a chat about whether we could think of any negative things that I should include in a review. We really struggled but managed to scrape the barrel and come up with: - The 20 Euro cash deposit for each pool/beach towel is a bit of a nuisance - in our case it meant we were handed 100 Euros when we returned the towels, as we were leaving and with no need for cash. - My daughter would have liked one of the pools to have a proper deep end. This is a big hotel, so it is busy - not the hotel for you if you like somewhere quiet, with not too many people. Having said that, there were plenty of loungers, we never had a problem getting five together. We chose to sit in a quieter area, between the pool and the beach but there always looked to be enough loungers around the pool had we wanted to sit there instead. We were also always able to get a table for breakfast/lunch/dinner when we wanted, in the area we preferred. All in all, a great week that exceeded our expectations - thanks to all at the Iberostar Waves for looking after us so well.

The rooms are outdates and need refurbishing. The beach sunbeds are not free, neither is the sauna. They run shows every day in the evening until 11:00 pm and it is quite difficult to go to bed before then as the music is very loud, also the cleaners wake you up at 8:00am as they make a lot of noise on the hallway. The jacuzzi water was vey cold. The food is very good, a lot of variety and good quality. Never been to an all inclusive hotel that had such a large choice of food and with all the dishes being so good.

I stayed for a week at the end of July with my wife and two teenage children, our experience was mixed and I would find it hard to recommend this hotel. First impressions were not good, the hotel caters for 1700 guests, however, the grounds are not large enough to accommodate such a high number and this creates huge over crowding around the pool and surrounding garden areas. If your towel wasn't reserving a sun bed by 630am - 7am you would be lucky to get one! We used the hotel beach area which is privately operated and as a result, had to pay 40 Euros each day for 4 very basic sun beds and a parasol. This was an expense we hadn't budgeted for, however, it was quiet and well maintained and the sea was crystal clear. The rooms are compact and the shower room was tiny, however, the beds were most comfortable and the room was modern and well presented. The maid service was first class and the room was spotless. We were in block 2. The buffet restaurants offered a limited choice of dishes which became repetitive when having to eat there daily. The quality was good but all seemed very basic. This is something the hotel needs to improve upon as it isn't representative of a 4 star hotel. All inclusive drinks are average at best. Cocktails, beer and wine are all obtained from a pre mixed machine. There is a piano bar with lovely views which offers premium branded drinks but these are chargeable, all be it at a 50% discount if all inclusive. A bottle of Merlot was 8 Euros and a Coca Cola 2 Euros, so not expensive. Seemed strange though that we were all inclusive and had to pay for a better quality drink! Evening entertainment was at best average and very loud. Music was played late into the evening and getting to sleep before 11pm was difficult without ear plugs as you could hear the music and fellow guests returning to their rooms with the trademark door slam. All rather unnecessary. My wife and daughter used the spa and were impressed. Prices are quite high but well worth it. The Turkish bath and head massage were first class apparently. The staff at reception were very good, helpful and friendly. Sadly other staff and especially the beach staff were not as friendly and gave us the impression they were perhaps "anti English". This is my personal opinion and could be due to culture or a language barrier, however, there was rarely a smile and little chat, hence no tip. It wasn't universal but the bad few undid the good work of the other staff. We chartered a boat with skipper for the day which I would recommend. A great way to see the coast line, snorkel and visit the hidden coves and caves. All in all, this could be a great hotel but at present I feel appeals more to Eastern European guests and is 20 years behind the likes of Spain and the Middle East. As a result, we won't return. I was impressed though that the hotel invited feedback and genuinely seemed to take it seriously, hence my 3 star review.
