Just back. When we arrived we had a mixed opinion. Great first impressions. We went for dinner, in the dining hall, canteen feels. The food was just warm, this was because we were near the end of service (about an hour). Next time we went it was hot but that was at the beginning of service. It's the first time on an all inclusive that Ive ate out a few times. There is a bar downstairs, no atmosphere, geels like being in a cellarl. There is a snooker table, which has pool balls, no chalk for the cues. No rest for the cues, the table is that big, not a great way to play pool. The service from the bar staff, especially the lady was awful. Didn't smile. Gin and flat tonic (far too much gin, not everyone is an alcoholic). Cocktails were awful, especially on the all inclusive. It was very two teir, if you were paying as you went, the customer got a better service. The rooms were clean, the cleaning staff work very hard. The shower in the bathroom has a high step in and out, if you are on the larger side you mat struggle to get in. The corner shower feels very small but the pressure of the shower is good. There us no room to bend down. There was a lovely waiter in the dining room, very polite. We asked for an iron and ironing board, only to be told very bluntly, no , laundry service only, you pay. The beach is shingle, wear water shoes, plenty of sun longers and shades. As with around the pool. I love Montenegro, been a few times but this is the first time in an all inclusive that it's felt like a let down. We are not all beer drinking yobs.

We had a fantastic week at the hotel, staying on an all inclusive package. The hotel has a great location - right next to the beach but kept private by trees and hedges. The whole site is kept very clean and tidy, even outdoor areas were regularly washed down. We really enjoyed the food. There was a good selection of meats, fish, salads, vegetables and fruit so we felt we could still eat healthily. We enjoyed trying the local dishes but there was always pizza and pasta available for people who like something familiar. My husband has allergies but everything was clearly labelled and because the food is freshly made the staff could answer any questions about it. Coffee was from a machine but tasted good to me. My husband is more fussy about coffee so he would pay for one from the cash bar next to the restaurant for a couple of euros. The best thing about the hotel is the amazing staff. Warm and friendly but always professional. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Thank you for a great holiday!

The hotel is excellent, we also received a free upgrade to the refurbished section of the hotel. The bathroom is luxurious with a walk in shower and Italian murano fittings of basin and toilet. There is also an excellent lit shaving mirror. The wi fi is fast -95megabits in the room. There are ample seats also for two people and the televison is a Smart TV as well. The local channel with videos of Montenegro, is very good and relaxing. The room has very efficient air conditioning controlled individually, from a thermostat on the wall, and a free safe. No tea or coffee making facilities. but take your own travel kettle. The fridge is useful for storing drinks, and italso doubles as the minibar in the room. The staff came round to check if we had had used any stock, but took it on trust when we said no. The chamber maid was excellent and worked around us at all times, she spoke good English and did her work cheerfully at all times. Breakfast was buffet style, and we had a good selection of cooked dishes and continental breakfast items to chose from buffet style. There was plenty of french loaves, rolls and bread, with jams, pates and other salad and cold meat offerings available. The cappucino coffee was also very good as was tea and other breverages. My son who is Vegeterian had no problems with the food available at this sitting. Queues for buffet breakfasts did build up at times, which meant food got cold on occasions before eating it, due to the need to queue at various counters. Fruit was excellent; ripe pears and bananas at both breakfast, and evening meals were especially welcome, the apples were good, and other citrus fruit was available. The Evening meal was buffet style, and the selection for Carnivores was excellent. The Pizzas were a little floppy, as they were left out after being cooked. My son who is vegetarian had one specially cooked for him one evening. The choice was excellent from salads to meats, pork, beef, chicken, veal, sea bream, and other fish dishes. Desserts were superb, but too many fattening cakes which we thoroughly enjoyed and added 2kg to my weight, which I am now burning off now with excercise! Two meals also saw the option of icecream served by a charming catering assistant. Overall my son found the evening choices for vegeterians lacking, and this needs to be looked at. He had a meal out at midday and at salad in the evenings most days, not necessary if on half board. One criticism I will make is about the queues that build up during evening meals. It is not easy to see what food is on offer, due to a line of people serving themselves with food. They obscure the food and labels above in the servery, and this means you can be queuing unnecessarily. The music during the eveing meal was excellent the two men sung a variety of tunes including some rock classics, and the Korg keyboard really enhanced the show. The violinist was very skilled, but there were no vocals during his set, and he was not to o

Had fabulous week in this hotel. Large bedroom, most comfortable bed and pillows ever! Spotlessly clean. Free safe in room. Also free lovely beach towels from kiosk near pool. Loved the beach and sea. Think people must put towels on sunbeds at 6.30am, but we always managed to get 2 with a parasol. Lovely dining room, and outside eating area with beautiful views over the bay. Enjoyed all our meals, plenty of choice. Very relaxing holiday.

Nice hotel in central place with own beach area You can book all-inclusive, half board and B&B. When you book, check what rooms you can book . We booked with travel company and once we got to the hotel the room was on the 2nd floor but very dated. Also had a small concrete space outside, can't call it a balcony! The blinds and curtains didn't meet. Two sockets in the whole of the room and the bathroom had the smallest show that you need to be a size 0 to get into. We didn't unpack and asked for a room with a balcony and/or sea view. The manager came to see us and advised he could upgrade us, but in 3 days' time. We accepted this and moved 3 days later. This was to a room on the next floor but has recently been refurbished... this was a lot better room with many more sockets and a lovely big walk-in shower. Still only a small area outside, but at least not concrete, there are no chairs outside, so we moved the two from on the room along with the table. This took up all the space. To get a balcony with chairs, you have to pay the top price for a suit or family room ( in a new and nice block). We only booked b&b as we like to try local restaurants, and the breakfast choice was not the best but managed. Staff are all very nice but English is not spoken a lot. Free beach beds and brollies they also provide nice large beach towels. Minibar in the room . They also have dressing gowns and slippers to use. One of my issues was no tea/coffee facilities in the room , this would please a lot of people. Would recommend the hotel, but check what room you book.

The trip took place from 13.06 to 20.06. Except for the confusion of finding a room upon arrival (the reception indicated with a hand - the elevators are over there, but did not add that the first elevators in front lead to the old part, where we could not find our room, and to get to the new part you have to pass them), then it is a very pleasant hotel. The Superior Side Sea View room was spacious with a wonderful view of the bay. Very clean, nicely designed and equipped with everything you need. The food was incredibly rich, varied and very tasty - there really was "something for everyone". A special impression was made by the nightly live music at dinner - not intrusive, but as a pleasant background. (Special thanks to the man with the synthesizer.) Pleasant, friendly and very welcoming staff. Breakfast was kindly provided for those who went on an early excursion, and they even offered to add lunch. The AI bar was as usual - with a mediocre selection, but quite ok. The only real disappointment was in the Aqua bar (for money), where instead of a Margarita cocktail, they served some strange thing with a lemon wedge, which tasted like a big bite of lemon. We didn't try any more there, we went with the AI bar, whose Montenegro cocktail with a lot of ice was actually very good (but once they ran out of ice, so it wasn't very nice) and the local white wine is a cool drink. A beautiful sandy beach, the entry into the water is rocky, but the water is divine. Beach towels were exchanged for a card, very convenient. The beautiful old town of Budva is also not far away (30-40 minutes on foot, a nice evening walk). In conclusion, we really liked the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a beach holiday.

Loved my solo holiday here. My room was kept clean with daily towels changed. I had the all inclusive option and found it absolutely fine. Cocktails were very good! The food was plentiful with many choices at all meals. The beach was lovely - recommend beach shoes for swimming as it is stony underfoot. Pool was the cleanest I have ever seen.

Our hotel was changed at the last minute to this one, we had opted for the All-inclusive option at our original hotel, therefore we were offered the same at this one. This hotel is not primarily an all-inclusive hotel - rather the hotel just has the board option, making it as others have already noted very much a 'class graded ' establishment, with All-inclusive being the lower class status. There were two bars that operated an AI menu with some very basic cocktails, however the main restaurant bar did not have its own mixer optics - that meant that the bar staff would decant into a jug from the machine that was in another room at the beginning of a shift - if you wanted a drink that a cocktail that say needed coke in it - then they would use the flat coke that been there most of the day. If you wanted a coffee from that bar, then you had to pay for it - you did have the choice to go down to the restaurant but the coffee in the machines were awful, the wine was in our opinion terrible too. The food was ok, however whatever you had for lunch was served up as a slightly different variation at night and the following lunch -if you were there for more than a few days then this could get very monotonous. The entertainment was sadly lacking, but we were happy to make our own fun. With the exception of the young girl in the outside bar, one of the male restaurant team, and one of the receptionists the staff were very surly. On the plus sides though - our room was in the new block and was modern and clean, the beds on the beach were also new and a great design, having an additional shade attachment which was brilliant. The hotel itself was clean, although quite 'municipal', in some of the shared areas. I really do feel though that this hotel could be really good if some of these issues were addressed. I had noted some of the past reviews that had been replied to with promises of future service improvement, however it seems that nothing has actually changed.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very accommodating and polite. The hotel staff should show the guests how to properly close their doors without slamming them…. That was really the only part that got on my nerves.
