Very well equipped apartment, closed to the cite du vin. Located closed to the center, few stops with the bus, in a nice area. Service and lobby were basics. Recommended for families and travelers who like to cook

Good evening. Even if the place is pleasant; It should be noted that it is very difficult to park, the work on rue de Gironde is not helping matters in terms of traffic. Small complaints: strong odors from pipes in the room throughout our stay, the breakfast tables were not cleaned when we went to the restaurant. Finally to close this chapter, our room card had not been scheduled for our second night. We had to call on-call and wait for the technician to arrive to resolve the situation after 30-45 minutes of waiting. For your information and when we arrived on the first day, your colleagues were discussing and worrying about the fact that the Appart Hôtel had an occupancy rate of only 40%...that may explain it. Spacious and complete room, bathroom with shampoo, gel, hairdryer. Our laundry room was clogged. It was notified and when we returned it was already solved. The service was very poor. I didn't go to the paid room on the first day, but it was gone on the second day. I had no choice but to make do with it.

For a multinational competition team, having a microwave oven, kitchen and refrigerator can solve too many problems. Of course, it would be even better to have an oven and washing machine. It was older and not as nice as I thought. It was remote and quiet. The tram station is close, but not in the center, so you have to take the tram for about 30 minutes to get to the center. The price is cheap.
