Situated in the Chartrons, this lovely hotel has been refurbished to blend with this old part of the City. Easily accessible by tram and just 8 stops from St Jean rail station. Our room was on the first floor, just stairs and no lift. Room with en suite bathroom, was a little small but adequate for one night. Desk with kettle but plug was down near the floor! Tea and coffee provided. Bed was very comfortable, good linen and room was very clean. Block out blind at window facing the street which was very quiet. Good location to walk and view antique shops, also church and small grocery outlet. Would recommend!l

Great location in the middle of the historic area of Chartrons. Easy to walk everywhere and Bordeaux has fabulous public transport. Hotel room had facilities although the room was rather tight for us. Nice bathroom and separate toilet was a bonus. Stairs gave us a good workout.

Dissatisfied service was very poor, lacked ability to speak and communicate with us, requesting a taxi advise given end of street states minimal stairs over 25 with no assistance with baggage poor quality, decor location only good thing

Hotel très agréable dans le beau quartier des chartrons. Propreté parfaite, chambre spacieuse et très calme. Toilettes séparées. Le petit déjeuner est très correct avec par exemple du jus d Orange frais. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Si de nouveau passage à Bordeaux nous reviendrons à l'hôtel notre Dame.

Hotel molto carino e confortevole. Stanze piccole ma questa è una peculiarità degli hotel francesi. Quartiere tranquillo elegante con locali deliziosi e molto vicino al centro . Raggiungibile dalla stazione centrale con il tram che attraversa il lungo fiume

Petit hôtel charmant et très calme dans un quartier idéalement placé, à deux pas de petits restaurants typiques pour dîner ou bruncher le dimanche matin. Chambre confortable et fonctionnelle et accueil charmant. Un parking couvert payant est à 2 mn à pied ce qui est pratique

D'excellent rapport qualité-prix pour ma part, cet hôtel est très bien situé et propose des chambres agréables au calme (la rue étant très limitée à la circulation). J'ai été très bien accueilli par un personnel aimable, serviable, sympa ! Bon petit déjeuner de surcroît. Merci encore à vous et à un de ces jours. ;-) Rodophe B.
