Aside from the extremely uncomfortable mattress and the unprofessional staff, my girlfriend and I had problems with the Spa. Located 1km from the hotel, once we arrived, they didn't let us access the pools because we didn't have the access voucher that the hotel should have provided us. Not only was nothing done by the hotel administration to resolve the situation with the wellness center on the spot, but once we returned they even dismissed us by telling us to contact the agency (Veepee) with which the request had been made. room reservation for possible refund. No intention of remedying the mistake made, now I understand the reason for certain discounts in high season...

I had already been a guest of this structure several times since 2014.... The hotel is a true work of art in the complex of the Eni village, built by the visionary mind of Enrico Mattei.... Unfortunately the current management leaves a lot to be desired ..... the kitchen is not up to a 4-star hotel, although the workers are to be commended for their kindness and courtesy ..... For the rest it was a disappointing return ... .. I found myself with the room not made up and most of the time the water in the shower was cold ....... Surely many errors will be filed later ..... I sincerely hope so because the structure requires better management ...... cmq nice holiday

An amazing place. In the middle of a hill conceived 60 years ago by the visionary genius of Enrico Mattei for Agip employees. Superb location, super breakfast and excellent dinner with four choices per course. Very kind staff. Rooms a bit small by today's standards but still spotlessly clean. One of those places you want to go back to

Hotel with slightly dated but very nice rooms in a fantastic, very quiet place. Breakfasts and dinners excellent and very varied. There is a spa but not tried because it is far from the hotel (the only flaw). All the staff are very kind. Excellent cost/quality ratio.

Tremendously disappointed with the service. Management of the structure by incompetents, manager rude and unwelcoming towards us customers, indeed to say offensive towards us is an understatement. The cuisine is not the best and the dining room staff, although willing, is too inexperienced. Some elements of the reception are saved, but the choice to never return to this hotel says a lot about how I and my travel companions were treated. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.
