Quality Hotel Grand, Borås Reviews

I'm deaf person and the hotel staff was very nice and helpful, we talked by writing in notebook too, and breakfast was yummy :) I was there in a expensive weekend than to other weekends, but what to do.. But the view from the window at the night was nice and making us calm. Unfortunately there in the TV I couldn't find subtitles in English language.

酒店就在布羅斯小鎮上，環境很好，周邊很多吃的 服務不錯， 離中心車站400米，出行方便 酒店早餐豐富， 但是延長退房要收費

實際和預訂房型不符，預訂家庭房大床+上下鋪；實際就一張大床。酒店前台他們反饋沒有家庭房 而且床頭附近沒有充電插頭

不錯真好呀，好好的酒店呀去過的都説好呀真不錯呀大家都來吧來吧來吧來吧記得好評點讚了啊挺好的啊今天早上真不錯

It is a good hotel. The bed is not super comfortable and the shower could also be better. You need to ask them to clean your room, which is kind of odd for me, because when you stay in a hotel, you expect to receive some services without needing to request them. The gym is excellent, the breakfast is just ok. I think it is a bit pricey for what they offer. I think they could improve th le comfort of the bed, the quality of ammenities and the variety of the breakfast.

On the afton of an afton the bar should NOT be closed. There were 80 people at breakfast. Not good enough for a 4 star hotel.

Really nice staff

Very clean and tidy, even tho building work was on going, staff very helpfull and the food selection even for a continental breakfast was superb. Very close to the centre of town for walks and restaurants. Would definitely stop here again.

At the moment the hotel is being renovated, so not all the facilities are available. The rooms are a little tired, as was the rest of the hotel. I'm sue once renovation work completed, it will be much better. The location is excellent for shops and restaurants in Boräs, which is a lovely town. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and enjoyed it very much. However this time the hotel was undergoing full renovation. My room was fine but if i had of known i would not have booked this hotel. Shame...

The staff was very welcome and friendly. Over all the room was clean. Shower and bed were exceptionally comfortable.

Great location, friendly staff. There was plenty of sleeping space (family of four) but not a lot of floor space left once all the beds were out, so we found it a bit difficult to comfortably open up our one carry-on bag. The room was clean, the breakfast was good. Overall, great stay.
