The hotel is so perfect! Just met my standards and we are so happy on our stay! The cleanliness is perfect considering they do the housekeeping everyday , the staff were so nice, the entire place is just so Perfect for our 4 days stay. Definitely would recommend this to all!

Junior suite given to us had only twin bed and a bathroom. There was no dining table and chair as what i imagine of suite have dining table and chair and kitchenette. I was confused whether i paid only a deluxe room cause what the lady in the reception given to us were the twin beds. Although the hotel is walkable to the wet market or D'mall its abit of a walk specially we have a senior citizen. Hotel has a good view for sunrise and near to the port where all the water activities and island hopping is happening.
Room and beddings were old. There was a smell inside the toilet.and the bathroom door can not close. This hotel room is expensive. There is no shuttle bus available .

The room is very spacious and the scenery is beautiful. You can see the sea from the balcony when you get up in the morning. It is a good choice to play music on the balcony or drink some beer in the living room at night. In line with this price, if you go to Boracay again, you will still choose it. here.

Room with a view of a squatter area, compete with packs of dogs and roosters to keep you awake. They offered me a room without an en-suite zoo for double the price, which was already very high compared to neighboring properties. The breakfast is poor and takes a very long time to arrive, food is mostly unhealthy, greasy and fatty offerings, can’t recommend it. From a previous visit I can say the rooms on the poolside are ok, from this visit the rooms not on the pool side are to be avoided and are completely overpriced. Quite disappointed with the resort, the descriptions of these rooms are deliberately misleading.

We arrived early due to our flight being an early one, the hotel checked us in 4 hours early. The staff pool, rooms, layout and location are outstanding. This side of the island is quiet but is still only a short walk to stations 1 and 2. We had a great stay.

Not as good as advertised booked thinking we had a view but none complained to the staff and was told non refundable if you want a room you have to rebook again that was mistake no 1 looking out onto fence prison sell everything tired in room ants broken basin toilet seat knackered. Breakfast they even charged for the coffee small portion so decided not to bother was really dissatisfied with this service noisy kids in pool at 7.00 am and someone at 6.30 am scrapping furniture above us would I stay here again yes for the big apartments with view but NO to small apartments tired worn out and needing major refurbishment
