Stayed here again in Boracay and it didn’t disappoint. The hotel’s in a great spot — right between Station 1 and 2, and just a minute walk to the beach. Super convenient. Service was amazing, especially Mitch! She helped us with early check-in, and even let us leave our bags before check-in and after checkout so we could enjoy the beach without worrying. Really appreciated her hospitality. It’s my second time staying here and we’ll probably be back again. The place is clean, quiet, and the staff are great. Only downside is there’s no elevator, so be ready for stairs. But honestly, it’s worth it. Thanks again Mitch and team!

we love our hotel stay here coz they have accommodating staff.. location wise it is 9/10, short walk from beach and main road, a lot of restaurants nearby. rooms are clean & well equip. we would totally love to stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay at La Carmela. The location is great — close to the beach and easily accessible to nearby restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was comfortable and clean, though it could use a bit of updating in some areas. The pool area was enjoyable and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Breakfast was decent with a fair selection, though it could be improved with more variety. Overall, it was a good value for the price and a nice place to stay for a vacation. I’d definitely consider coming back on my next visit.

This is unexpected booking but super worth it. They gave us excellent services from the early check in and room service. They checked if the guess are ok & some concern. The room are bigger than we expected. The buffet even just 2-3 options it’s delicious. Lots of option in bread and super yummy.everyone in hotel are friendly but need some training how to address the guess especially it’s obviously im a trans with big boobs and very feminine. Some staff especially the boys called me Sir which are very awkward and unprofessional if my boyfriend with me it’s going to be fight🫩 but In total it’s recommended hotel in boracay. It’s worth it our stay❤️

This hotel is much recommended, super good location, a few minutes walk & you're at the beach already - very clean, big & spacious room & bathroom. We are a couple but the front desk gave us 3 big beds & balcony, not sure if that's what we booked for but it was great. Also arrived around 9-10am & they gave us a complimentary early check in, nice staff - we stayed 8 nights & we requested room cleaning for 2 days which was excellent

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3 out of 5 stars) We stayed at Boracay Haven Laguna and overall had a good experience. The pools were fantastic, the breakfast was great, and the staff — especially the massage team — were always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that left me disappointed. On our first day, we didn’t have hot water, and when I used the kettle, it leaked and ended up burning my hand. I mentioned it to the front desk before heading out for dinner, but later that evening, we heard laughter coming from the same area. I asked if they were laughing about my situation — they said no, it was about another guest — but the timing made the experience uncomfortable. I was also surprised that no one seemed to take the safety issue seriously, especially since I had my 4-year-old with me. To make things worse, even the bucket of ice we were given was leaking. Despite that, most of the staff were wonderful, and the facilities were lovely. It’s a nice place overall, but that one incident left a bad impression — so I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Eurotel Review: 4/5 ⭐️ We had a mostly wonderful stay at Eurotel! 🌟 The desk assistance was super approachable and helpful. 👍 However, our room had some stained linens upon check-in, which was a bit of a letdown 😔. A quick room check before guest arrival would make a big difference. Food-wise, the staff could be more attentive with refilling empty dishes 🍴. We also had a bit of a mix-up with the free birthday cake promo 🎂. We requested it twice, but unfortunately, it didn't happen 🤔. Despite these hiccups, we enjoyed our stay and the service overall 🌴. Amazing service at this hotel, the staff go above and beyond at every step to help you, and they were extremely polite and friendly the whole stay. The rooms were light and spacious, but I would recommend garden view over the pool view because of a loud fire show that happens poolside every evening at around 8pm. The hotel undersold it's proximity to the beach, it is less than 5 minutes from hotel to the water, and they have a great towel system where you can borrow from the hotel and take it with you. They also have sunbeds on the beach reserved just for hotel guests. The hotel itself has 4 pools, 2 of which are connected to rooms. One pool has the bar attached, and the final pool at the end closest to the beach is quiet (and with less children!) Plenty of sunbeds available with comfortable mats, tables, and umbrellas. The only part of the stay that was underwhelming was the food - the area that the hotel has made for the restaurant is open-air, and so the pastries were crawling with flies every morning. It was also very busy every day due to limited space, and there weren't a lot of options.

Good thing we stayed here during rainy season last july 2025 in boracay. We didnt enjoy the beach bec of the storm but our stay in boracay summer palace was a lifesaver. We enjoyed the pool. A little bit far from the beach but okay na rin. They also upgraded our room. The staff are very nice and kind. We will definitely come back. Thank you

10/10 mababait na staff, maliness at bago ang rooms(room beside the reception).. less a minute walk to the beach station 2… recomemded for families and couple and barkada.. thankyou for accomodating me and my daughtr 😍
