Hotels in Boat Station 1, Boracay Island

Where do I begin? I saw this hotel in Agoda but decided to directly book via their website. I paid for the whole fee specified in the website, that is, good for 3 people, and 1 kid aged 12 years old. The room says ”sleeps 4”. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was told that we need to pay an additional fee of 800 per day (X 4 days = 3,200) coz my son, 12 years old, is already considered an adult. I insisted that in the website, it asked for the age of my son and I put in 12 (see pic) under the ”children” category. One staff ”explained” to me condescendingly, as if I dont know what I'm talking about, that the website is wrong and that they're gonna tell the one who takes care of the website to update information so and so. In fact, this guy, didn't apologize for the fact that their website information and rate and the front desk rate are INCONSISTENT. Instead, he said that extra charges are given (if applicable) when guests arrive at the hotel: ”we tell them here at the hotel”. Why would you do that? If indeed my son is not considered a kid anymore, why wasn't the extra charge added to the website when I was about to pay for the bill online? Why would they charge it when we are already at the hotel? For a planner like me, I like to pay all hotel charges and plane charges prior to the trip so that I can budget and reserve my money for the food and other activities during the vacay. But then, they wouldn't give the key to the room unless I pay the extra charges first. Oh well. Also, the internet wasnt working for two days. The room phone wasn't working. Location: Quiet. Convenient since theres a mall attached to the hotel. General Mgr was accommodating. IT staff was efficient; he immediately checked the wifi connection when he came back from his leave. Housekeeping staff efficient and helpful.

I always wanted to stay in one of Henann’s direct pool access rooms, and honestly best choice ever! We stayed here for our second night in Boracay since it was sold out for our first night. Please keep in mind though that the pool closes by 8pm :( the only downside actually lol Hopefully next time they extend hours up til midnight.

We were given a free upgrade from Shore time hotel annex station 2 to shore time hotel station 1 because the twin room is no longer available in the annex branch. We were transfered to Station 1 Shore Time Hotel the same day we arrived. The room is big. The airconditioner worked well. WIFI is not consistent. Hot shower was not working. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Free use of beach towels. I love the welcome drinks. For the price, it was perfect. It was located near restaurants. Will stay here again next time! Highly recommended!

Treat your extra special someone to an experience they won't forget🥰!!! Ferra hotel Bedroom Lofts are spacious, cozy and perfect for a romantic weekend🌴🌊🏖️. Their beds are so comfortable, you might need an extra alarm clock⏰ just to wake up in the morning🤣🤣🤣!!! The staff are great especially Miss Abby, Miss Jennifer, Miss Richille, and Greg🙂!!!

The hotel is like two minutes walk from the beach, you can even see the sea outside the hotel. It is near to some convenience stores (Watsons, 7-11) and some restaurants (Andoks, Coffee Bean). Be sure to ask first if you are in the right hotel when you get there, as we made a mistake by checking-in on the nearby hotel. It was quite big, room was kept clean. Though, it lack some items such as floor rag, and noises from other guest and doors closing can be heard on the room, the experience is still good. Food was plated. Staff were approachable and friendly during our stay.

I really recommend this hotel if you go to Boracay. Aside from a budget friendly, they really have accommodating staff, the place is really clean, rooms are spacious even for 2 persons room, it can accommodate 3 adult and 1 kids depending on the size of the bed, they have delicious breakfast and budget friendly foods inside, swimming pool is also clean. Near at the beachfront and mga kainan outside the hotel. Walking distance sa sakayan o sa hi-way.

Very nice location. All staff very professional and friendly. The breakfast was good and huge but do not go after 10am because they remove the food fast. Very nice food for the dinner! The cleanness is perfect and the pool very well maintained. The location is only 20’ from station 2 which is more crowed. The beach is very clean. All transfers were very well organized.

I have nothing but praises for this property. Facilities and amenities maybe standard but the service is at par with that of 5 star hotels. From arrival(cold towels anf welcome drinks) to departure(booking our etrike to the airport), to daily checking the weather forecast for us. Each encouter with the staff ends witha bow, a true japanese gesture. Special mention to Lee and Argyne at Reception who have been very accommodating to our requests. The best going above and beyond and doing the extra mile experience we had was upgrading one of our rooms to a family room and early check in at 10am for 3 of the 4 rooms we booked.

The place is very affordable and has the best selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is also a 3-minute walk to the beach and atm machine. The people are very nice and happy. They will always greet you with a smile. I will definitely stay here again when I comeback.

The location is so convenient. It is right beside Astoria, which is the pick-up point for water activities. Superb beachfront hotel at an affordable price, includes buffet breakfast, with BIG rooms and I mean its really spacious! with hot water, toiletries, hair dryer and towels. Service is superb! They also arranged our parasailing for only P1,600 per head, the lowest price I've known. The hotel has 3 floors. We booked 3 rooms. Airport transfer is P500 per head. This helped us a lot as our flight is at 8am. They also arranged our island hopping at P600/ head, where we also had cliff diving activity for P250 /head (this is upon our request). Overall, we had a great 4D/3N stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel. Amazing service. Thanks to Jonel, Charlie and Wals for helping us.
