The Asya has brought me many beautiful memories. It's extremely quiet here with stunning sea views, and the spacious rooms are truly impressive. The enthusiastic staff and responsible security team have made my stay comfortable and secure. Most importantly, the hotel prepared a birthday surprise for me, which was a delightful treat. The hotel is located in nice beach, white sand, an incredible spot, however not properly maintained. The access is bad, the water feature at the entry long stairs is not working and water seems to be stoped for a long time. It seems not very crowded with guests even on ***** New year holiday and only one restaurant running. The pool bar was closed.
Missing one of our bookings for a shuttle, encountering a huge cockroach near the bed, being told that the room is not ready on check in and after 10 mins it's actually ready and made us walk all the way back to reception when the room was just near where we were didn't leave us with a good impression of the service.
Staff needs to be more attentive not only saying "good morning sir" but actually carrying for what are the guests needs.
Hotel staff needs more training.

This is the most cost-effective hotel among all the hotels we have stayed in. Both the hardware and software are very good, the service staff are very warm and thoughtful, and it is definitely worth the money! The only drawback is that the lighting in the room is a bit dim, but nothing is perfect. In terms of the overall comprehensive experience, this small shortcoming can be completely ignored. The overall stay experience is great!

Great hotel at the very end of the beach. Been to 3 decent hotels in Boracay, this is the best. If you want a quiet holiday relatively close to everything this is definitely your choice!

Literally the best for “relaxation”
Amazing landscaping and beautiful sea
Delicious restaurant, variety of room service
Quiet and calm atmosphere with few guests
The massage was cheap and I happily stayed here for 4 nights.
This is my 4th time in Boracay and this place is overwhelmingly good for the price.
I walked to White Beach.
20 minutes to Station 3, 30 minutes to Station 2, 35 minutes to Starbucks
I also got caught by a fairy
My restaurant pick is
Mango shake, mojito, fish and chips! lol

I have stayed here 4 times in total and every time I have great memories. It's just far away from Dmall, so it's not suitable if you're afraid of distance. I've stayed there 4 times in the past 10 years and there haven't been many changes. I feel like it should be updated.
