We had an amazing stay! The hotel offers everything, very clean and friendly. The location is excellent in the middle of Station 2 and station 3 where you want to be. The pool is amazing with a great bar pool. The breakfast buffet was worth it and we looked forward to it every morning. We would love to come back!

Location is far from the beach. No available shuttle to hop to other Henann hotels. Breakfast is disappointing. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Will not stay here again.

I recently stayed at Hennan Lagoon Hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. The highlight of the stay was the pristine pool, which was absolutely stunning and well-maintained. - Buffet breakfast was okay; 8/10 wide variety of choices. - Going to and from Dmall is like 5 to 10 minutes by foot, or you have an option of riding an e-trike. - 5 minutes walk to the white beach. - The hotel was located on the main road, yet it was very peaceful. - Staff as well as guards were all accommodating. They always greet guests. - Each room has a balcony. The view is good. They have racks to hang your wet clothes. - WIFI connection was terrible as well as their air conditioning unit. We raised concern to their concierge. After some calibration made by their staff, it was just the same. Meanwhile, they added a router inside the room. It helped at first but eventually WiFi slowed down again. We just let it pass since we only stayed two nights there.

The hotel was pretty comfortable. I give the stuff a 10/10. They were really nice and helpful all the time. The room was clean and bigger than expected. Our room had a pool view. We stayed there for two nights and wished we had stayed longer. The only downside was the Tv. It was a bit outdated. Nonetheless, it was a great stay.

It was a good experience, good service , kind staff just a little hiccup with room service which was quite slow and the cocktails by the pool felt watered down . All in all really enjoyed the stay and the pool and the view was amazing.

We stayed here again and it exceeded our expectations. Excellent facilities, good location, friendly staff, peaceful atmosphere, and a delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Hennan Lagoon. The staffs of Hennan are very friendly and accomodating. The pool are very clean. My kid really had a great experience and had so much fun. Looking forward in staying at one of the hennan hotels soon..
