We booked the lowest type of room which is deluxe. They did not let us check-in early and keep on offering room upgrade. This hotel wont value you if you’re only booking the lowest type of room.

The resort was so nice and has a good ambiance. I asked permission however, beforehand if we could check-in in advance since we went there at 12 due to fast paced flight however, we were there waiting until 3 at their lobby - that’s 3 hours of waiting and mind you, we have 87 year-old with us. Nonetheless, other than that, they still deserve the rating because they’re responsive to our requests.

Did not regret booking rooms in Henann Lagoon. Staff service was consistently excellent during our 3day stay. Aesthetics were so pleasing, so as cleanliness.

one of the best hotels in Boracay. Very cozy clean. The Staff are friendly. The food is okay. It's just far from the beach. No beach view but the place itself is okay. We'd love to go back to Boracay and stay in other Hennan hotels. 😃👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 The pool temperature is calming. The sheets are clean and complete toiletries. There's a lot of koi fish that my daughter enjoyed.The hotel even gave us complimentary chocolate treats that we loved. We felt the summer vibe in this hotel. The pool has its own mini bar and we enjoyed drinks. thank you Hennan. Til next time. 🥰🥰🥰

Over all stay was good though they were not able to clean the room after 1st day of stay even we requested it and the rv remote control was not working porperly. Staff were accomodating. Food was superb.
