VERY BEAUTIFUL, CLOSE TO THE WHITE BEACH OF BORACAY. JUST OUTSIDE THE GATE IS THE BEAUTIFUL BORACAY BEACH. WONDERFUL PLACE.

We booked this hotel via a travel agency and to be fair I’d say I’m never coming here again. Upon arrival around 10 am we were informed that check in is only at 2 PM. Which for me is to be honest quite late. The only place to leave our luggage was in the lobby. After walking around and being tired from the trip we asked if we it was possible to check in earlier but this was not possible to them. We decided to wait it out, some of us falling asleep in the lobby and some leaving. And after checking in we got a room that we could very clearly see the whole time was not being cleaned. None of the others too for that matter. Multiple bags of other people checking in were left at the lobby too. A lobby that is wide in the open for anyone to come in. The workers seemed careless and are constantly on their phones. The rooms we got looked very old and not inviting at all. To add the WiFi only works near the lobby, so people are just hanging around on the benches there. After taking a swim at the beach, expect a cold shower with no water pressure at all and small, thin, cheap towels. Which were not clean and some had stains. And no complimentary water or anything else. Furthermore we had two rooms and one room’s airconditioning quality was so bad compared to the other. Also bugs can easily come in by the little space under your room door. So we were greeted with a cockroach when we got back from dinner. We had 3 nights booked here, but we left after one night to book the rest of our trip at another hotel. And lastly, they asked us for a 1000 pesos security deposit and when checking out told us they never asked for one. Absolutely horrible place. NEVER stay here. Very greedy lazy workers. Even the lady who checked us in claimed she never asked for a deposit, despite multiple people witnessing it.

Excellent place it may not as fancy as others may offer but the location were perfect room were clean and the accom were well worth you paid for! Highly recommended for thrifty travelers!💙💕♥️ Kind hotel reps, how i wish they are offering hot showers

It was the worst boracay experience in my life and I am surprised a so-called high-quality hotel would offer a shabby room and experience. I guess negative stars or red card is not possible 1st room the shower was completely broken and only the faucet sink was working. The interior of the room was old fashioned and old not comfortable. We asked to be transfered to another room which had broken air conditioner with same poor interior. After that we decided to leave the keys there and leave. Fortunately we found a better room near that place which was also next to the beach. The only thing good was it is near the beach but how can you enjoy the beach when you have to endure the shabby experience I tried to stay here end of June 2022 and I think others should know about this. They are aggressively advertising this low rate but giving Boracay a bad name by giving such a shabby room to possible visitors
