Savoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast

Had an amazing stay with my fambam! We love the peacefulness away from the busy Boracay crowd, with top nitch facilities, we almost don’t wanna go out of the resort itself. 😅 And I wanna say thank you the most to the woneerful staff of Savoy Boracay for going above and beyond for my nephew, ninang and sister’s birthdays. We Appreciate you all! We’ll surely be back again next time.

We chose to stay here for 2 nights at the end of our month long stay in Borocay. We wanted a good quality hotel in a quiet location with large swimming pool and beach access. The welcome and check in process was fast and we were given early check in at no charge and a reduced rate for breakfast. The rooms are well appointed with spacious bathroom, fridge and comfy beds. We really enjoyed both dinner and breakfast service with great quality food and very friendly and professional staff. We were disappointed with the pool area as both days half of each pool was out of use for maintenance/ building work. This meant we had limited use of this facility for swimming and sun bathing which was the reason we chose this hotel. Furthermore we were not advised regarding this either at time of booking or on arrival. Upon check out we were surprised to be told in an aggressive way that we had to wait for 10 minutes whilst they checked the room before we could leave. When our transfer arrived I went back to the desk to be told yes we can leave. No thank you so much for staying with us etc!!!! As we got in our van, another member of staff approached us and told us we couldn't leave until he'd checked with reception. Completely underwhelming and disappointing exit from the front staff after a great stay!!!

We got the room for sale but everything is all great from service to room plus amenities ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ they have shuttle from dmall and to the private beach.

Awesome hotel, awesome staff, awesome activities. Loved that they had water dispenser for their guests on your room floor and in the lobby! The food was delightful. The people were loved. And the ambience was definitely giving vacation vibes! My family and I were super comfortable and felt totally welcomed. We had an early morning flight and our room was ready before checkin time. And I was worried because I had only informed them the night before about my early morning arrival the night before. Lastly, the distance didn’t matter because they have a shuttle that took you to and fro downtown area every hour and a half. We literally had nothing on Savoy to complain about. Superb service for the price!
