We are frequent guest here at shoretime. Super near to the whitesand beach! I love the customer service! All staff are friendly, approachable & helpful. Food here is delicious & good value for money! Rooms & bathroom are clean & spacious!

Close to Sunny side cafe and Paraw Bar and restaurant. Opposite the beach in station 1 and a close walk to Dmall. The tuk tuks are overpriced and rude when you tell them they are overcharging. We walked all the way to station 3 and back to station 1. Can easily be done. The breakfast was okay. Their restaurant is across the road from the main hotel and you can enjoy breaki literally at the beach shore.
I would say that this hotel has a lot of potential and should be renovated. New beds(was bitten by bugs), pillows, dressing tables etc in rooms as well as the taps and showers. This could all be done with some revamping. The staff is wonderful which made us more comfortable however we don't think we will book here again.

Overall hotel experience is great. We love the location & hotel customer service. Only issue is the bed frame, the frame edge is quite sharp & causing us with minor accident.

Location was good, only thing about their room is that there were red ants everywhere, so it’s not a good idea to bring food in the room.

Beachfront and the room is small but had enough and all that you will need. Toiletries are provided and it is clean. Breakfast is okay but it can be improved as it is not at par with the breakfast being offered in nearby hotels for the same price.
