La Carmela de Boracay Hotel

We recently stayed at La Carmela and overall, it was a fantastic experience with just a few minor drawbacks. The hotel is in an ideal location, with easy access to everything—restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Best of all, the beach is just a couple of minutes’ walk from our room, which made it incredibly convenient for beach lovers like us. Room: The room itself was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable retreat after a day in the sun. It was well-equipped, with a cozy bed and all the necessary amenities. However, there was a slight “kulob” smell when we first entered. Facilities: The resort’s pool and buffet breakfast area are located right in front of the beach, offering stunning views while you relax or enjoy your meal. The pool was lovely—perfect for a refreshing dip after a hot day at the beach. The buffet breakfast was nice, the food was delicious. Everything from fresh fruit to hot dishes tasted great, and it was a great way to start the day. Overall, this hotel is a great choice if you want easy access to the beach and a relaxing, well-located hotel. The slight smell in the room was the only drawback, but it didn’t ruin our experience. The beach views, pool, and breakfast were all wonderful, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful, convenient getaway.

We recently stayed at La Carmela de Boracay on a family vacation and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel’s location is fantastic—situated right on Station 2, it’s convenient to explore the beachfront and nearby shops and restaurants. This made it easy to enjoy Boracay’s vibrant atmosphere. The service was commendable; staff members were friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to any requests, which added a warm touch to our stay. However, the cleanliness was just average. While our room was generally tidy, it felt like it could use a bit more attention to detail, especially in the bathroom and common areas. In terms of amenities, they were adequate but not outstanding. The pool area was a nice addition, although it tended to get crowded, and the overall facilities could benefit from a refresh. All in all, La Carmela de Boracay is a solid choice for families seeking a budget-friendly stay with a convenient location and friendly service. With some improvements in cleanliness and amenities, it could offer an even better experience.

Beachfront and nice location. Very friendly & accommodating to its' guest. The room is clean & the facilities incharge are visibile so we can easily ask help. Very good location & pool is beach front which is a plus! See you again Boracay.
