Here Innstead Boracay powered by Cocotel

The rooms in this hotel do NOT have a sea view, and only has WiFi in the public areas. I specifically booked this hotel for these 2 reasons so I feel it was very misleading. Additionally, the rooms are really old and dated, plus the one I had hadn’t been cleaned properly with dust, cobwebs and hair in the bedroom and used empty shampoo sachets in the shower. On two nights, there were people in the restaurant area blasting music so loud that it reverberated through the whole building until late, despite the “house rules” specifically saying this was not permitted.. I could hear the music and feel the bass from in my room on the 2nd floor. Additionally, there is no real reception or service staff, just a guy who seems to be caretaking the place whose English is not very good. As a result it was very difficult to get a resolution so I had te request support through Trip.com customer service. I now realise why it was so heavily reduced, even with the reduced rate I feel it was way too much for what I paid and the basic things I requested which were not fulfilled.
