Ondus Boracay Resort

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and we were forced to leave due to terrible service. Firstly, our room was not cleaned throughout the entire day. We requested housekeeping at the front desk, and were told it would be done. However, when we returned to the hotel at 7 PM, the room still hadn’t been cleaned, even though it was around 2 PM when we had initially asked for the service. The housekeeping staff even lied to our faces, claiming they were calling the manager, but the manager never showed up. Resolving the issue took us a full hour. The next day, we spoke to the hotel manager, and his attitude was appalling. He was extremely unfriendly and refused to listen to our complaints. By the end of the conversation, he started raising his voice and eventually told us to leave the hotel. This was the first time we’ve ever experienced such rude service, where the staff is unwilling to resolve issues, defends the mistakes of their team, and communicates with guests in an arrogant and aggressive manner. We did not expect this kind of treatment, and unfortunately, it led us to make the decision to leave the hotel.After speaking with the hotel manager, I requested to have my last night canceled. However, the manager stated that it was not his responsibility. Yet, on the TripCom platform, I was waiting for confirmation from the hotel management, which is clearly within their duties. They refused to cancel the last night, further escalating the conflict. What was most frustrating was their complete unwillingness to listen to my reasoning and evidence. The manager continuously interrupted me, showing no interest in understanding my concerns.

The pitchers were much more beautiful than the place no breakfast buffet set menu. If you wanted anything other than coffee or tea you had to pay for it, but breakfast was supposed to be included with your room. Very poor choices

Im very happy to have discovered ondus, i think its the best hotel in Boracay right now. They provided lots of complimentary snacks their rooms are beautiful with black out curtains. I slept like a rock Stayed for 3 nights ,tried their pancakes and marinated fish for breakfast it was very good. The hotel is quite open to the beach, everywhere you go, you will see glimpses of the sea,even at their glass elevator! Most of all i enjoyed lounging on their beachfront chairs very much . Truly a pla ce for relaxation and very unique in Boracay . Im so happy i chose this, location and the staffs are amazing.

We stayed at Ondus for our family holiday and it was exactly what we needed! Nice relaxing part of the island, BIG rooms and nice bathroom. Having breakfast right on the beach was awesome and the staff were super helpful whenever we needed anything. 100% will stay there again!

The room was huge, over all aesthetic is beautiful! Great, friendly, very accommodating staff. We were mainly assisted by Ms Andrea. Pro-active housekeeping, consistent maintenance, very generous toiletries and linens. Although there are better food options than their in-house restaurant, you at least get what is worth what you pay for. There is no rubber matting for the tiled shower though but they were very receptive when we expressed this concern.
