Charming and spacious 2-story cottage located at 40 Oak Street in Boothbay Harbor (you can google map the location and select, "street view" for a view of the neighborhood. The cottage is located up the hill behind the gray house). Just a 5-minute leisurely stroll to the harbor, restaurants, and shops, the cottage has high ceilings and a comfortable bed. There are 2 Adirondack chairs in front of the house with an amazing view of historic Oak Street. There is also a small patio area with a bistro table and grill. There is only 1 parking space.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:We do not provide toiletries for the shower..You may have to clean the outside grill to use if the previous guest did not.,There are no refunds after you check in.
