Beautiful accommodation and service from Matthew and his team. A great stop er destination with local produce and beers/wines. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Dogs welcome everywhere and Irani the dog was soo friendly.

Thus is a fairly nice place but not near anything to do (tiny area of houses and surrounded by factories!) The owner Matthew, who both checked us in and was the server at the breakfast buffet, was abrupt both days and is not very welcoming at all. We are a professional, responsible couple and cannot imagine why he was so preoccupied and anxious/nervous, to a degree that it was not comfortable. We travel often and, I am very sorry to report that were surprised and somewhat hurt by his behavior - no traveler should be greeted or treated by a host who behaves like that.

Little gem.
The chateau is a little gem. Beautifully decorated, rooms all beautifully furnished. Food excellent and Matthew and his staff were very friendly and helpful.

We found this little gem by accident and are very glad we did. We were en route to Calais from the South and this was an overnight stop. We were made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely meal in the evening in fantastic surroundings. The Chateau has recently been refurbished very tastefully and we enjoyed our brief stay very much. We will be back !

Definitely Recommend
Pleasant place to stop overnight on way down through France. Lovely clean room and great hot shower. Nothing too much trouble for host. Good night sleep, refreshed for the next day's drive. *****

A great find.
This was a most pleasant surprise for us on our trip back to Paris. Away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities and a great relaxing spot in the countryside. Our host Mathew was fantastic and the accommodations were first class. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone!!

This place is a little gem. Beautiful location and very peaceful. The rooms are very well appointed, clean and spacious. Food is excellent. The host Mathew has a knack for making people feel at home and comfortable. Was only going to stop one night but stayed two, it’s that good
