Booker beware! I booked 2 rooms here for July 18th. Paid up front. Had free cancelation in writing from them until Jun 17th. Had a change in dates were would be in area. Hotel was unwilling to change dates (we needed night before instead of night booked) Property was unreachable. When i finally just cancelled booking on 14th of June was charged a fee even though I was withing free cancelation window. Hotel unwilling to honor free cancelation.

Wir sind immer mal, für eine Nacht, im Hotel Kluth. Das hängt von Terminen in der Nähe des Hotels ab. Das Hotel gehört zur Kategorie „Garni“, Ambiente: einfach, Zustand: ok aber in die Jahre gekommen, barrierefrei: nein, lange Treppe in die erste Etage. Sauberkeit: sehr gut. Personal: nicht zu bewerten, nur ein Kontakt beim CheckIn, freundlich aber, aktuell, mit sehr deutlich nach Alkohol riechendem Atem. Man kann bar oder mit Karte zahlen. Einen korrekten Beleg für die Zahlung, bar, gab es nicht. Kommt per Mail, nein, bisher nicht.

Hotel Kluth ist immer wieder eine Reise wert !!!!! Wir kommen seit ca. 15 Jahren auf Geschäftsreise immer wieder in das Hotel. Wir können über die Jahre nur sehr, sehr lobende Worte bzgl. Freundlichkeit, professionelle Hilfsbereitschaft, tolles liebes Personal, aussagen. Es ist schon wie eine kleine Familie, wenn wir anreisen und unseren Aufenthalt genießen. Sauberkeit wird groß geschrieben. Perfektes Frühstück und stets werden Extrawünsche umgehend erfüllt. Problemlose Buchungen und evtl. Umbuchungen oder Stornierungen sind kein Problem und es wird immer im Sinne des Gastes gehandelt. Ein großes Dankeschön für alle die schöne Zeit im Kluth Hotel. Familie Pallagst

Achtung Kakerlaken Befall. Nicht ernst genommen vom Besitzer der anrief. Die Beschreibungen der anderen Leute ist treffend. An sich sieht es sauber und ordentlich aus. Kein Aufzug. Freundliche Empfangsdame. Schlechte Bewertung da der Besitzer das Thema nicht ernst nahm. Und das Ruf schädigend wäre ich lediglich als Antwort bekam und man ja mit einem Mitarbeiter gesucht und nix gefunden habe und das innerhalb von 20 Minuten. Insgesamt 2 im Zimmer entdeckt. Eine krabbelte leider aus meinem Rucksack nachdem das Hotel bereits verlassen hatte. cockroaches in Roam 4.

Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Fußgängerzone von Duisdorf. Zum Bahnhof sind es knapp 10 Min. zu Fuß. Das Gebäude ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Zimmer sind klein aber sehr sauber und sinnvoll ausgestattet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Besondere an dem Hotel ist das angeschlossene, hervorragende Weinlokal „Eselchen“, mit leckeren regionalen und europäischen Weinen. Sehr zu empfehlen sind auch die Flammkuchen zum Wein.
