It's great that the hotel provides towels for the tours, and the breakfast is also delicious. The only points for improvement would be the maintenance of the rooms (bed, bathroom and air conditioning).

Hotel Promenade is located 1.1 km from the centre of Bonito. Built in motel style the hotel opened in December 2021 and offers 78 ensuite rooms over 2 floors. Parking in front of your room. In the hotel you find a pool and a restaurant. Free Wi-Fi. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Our spacious room was nicely furnished and decorated, with a good kingsize bed, TV, air-conditioning, open wardrobe & safe, table & chairs, washbasin and an extra single bed. We had a separate toilet and separate shower. The water pressure in the shower is very low. There is an open kitchenette with fridge, sink and separate washbasin for cloths. No water-boiler, no cooking plate, no cutlery, no crockery. The window can be opened but don’t have a mosquito screen. We came in hot spring and were happy to find the airco working. All was very clean. The buffet breakfast is very good: a choice of cookies & pastries, bread & rolls, ham & cheese, scrambled eggs, butter & marmalade, fruit salad, juice & fruits, cereals & yoghurt, tea & coffee. We found Hotel Promenade very comfortable, and we had an excellent stay. Highly recommended.

O Hotel tem uma boa estrutura mas falta manutenção. Quando chegamos tarde de viagem o vaso sanitário estava sem água e não havia água quente para o banho. O recepcionista resolveu o problema do vaso, mas tivemos que aguardar 2 horas para tomar um banho morno.

Lugar tranquilo, estacionamento favorável para saída aos passeios, limpeza todos os dias, reposição de amenities, tem varal para as roupas, mas Bonito tem que levar umas três trocas de banho por causa dos passeios. Café da Manhã: completo e pedíamos ovos fritos, omelete, tapioca preparados na hora pra dar energia para o dia todo de passeios. Quarto excelente dá pra fazer refeições (comer) com a mini copa. O Frigobar como todo hotel é um absurdo os preços mas vc pode abastecer com suas comprinhas. Piscina não usei pois estava gelada e nem tinha tempo em razão dos passeios.

O hotel não é ruim, mas também não é dos melhores, precisa melhorar em muitos aspectos. Começando pelo cheiro de mofo e esgoto dos quartos. Também tivemos um problema com vaso sanitário que só foi solucionado após o terceiro pedido de manutenção e estresse. O quarto que ficamos não batia sol, portanto, as roupas não secavam. Sugiro colocar mini secadora de roupas, principalmente para dias frios e chuvosos ou disponibilizar serviço de lava e seca. O centro não é perto, em torno de 30 minutos de caminhada. Café da manhã ok, mas sem variações de um dia para outro. Sempre iguais, todos os itens. Estrutura do quarto boa e cama boa, mas não há privacidade com o banheiro. A parte da pia é aberta e tem espaço para fazer um fechamento com porta, então é melhor fechar. Talvez não tenham feito pq o banheiro não tem janela, só ventilação forçada o que reforça o cheiro ruim.

Excelente ambiente, Bonita decoração, tudo bem novo e bem organizado e limpo.Café da manhã excelente. Todos os serviços muito eficientes Gostamos muito.Estivemos por 4 noites e cinco dias, ficamos maravilhados com a beleza de Bonito e com os bons serviços da Agência Roteiro Bonito. O hotel é ótimo. Bem funcional. Ele não fica no centrinho de bonito, mas fica a 5 minutos de carro. Quarto amplo e confortável. Tem varal de chão pra secar as roupas, além de um tanque e uma pia. O ar condicionado funciona super bem. O estilo do quarto é daqueles que o chuveiro é separado do vaso sanitário. Frigobar é abastecido. O café da manhã é bom. Não tem muita variação de um dia pro outro, mas é o suficiente. Eu achei a piscina pequena pra um hotel daquele tamanho, mas não foi determinante pq são tantos passeios que nem sobrou tempo pra piscina. Tem estacionamento em frente aos quartos. Os funcionários sempre foram muito simpáticos e gentis. Na recepção do hotel tem uma “conveniência” com alguns artigos de higiene e alimentos e bebidas, o que facilita caso precise comprar algo. No final das contas o custo benefício é ótimo!
