Such a beautiful place to stay, immersed in nature. My family and i would stay there again if we visit Bonito again. We particularly enjoyed their breakfast thats included with the value. We found the cottage spacious as well. Definitely recommend

If you want to stay in an eco-friendly hotel in Bonito, you should stay at Hotel Pousada Arizona. We, as tourists, need also to protect the environment by staying in a hotel that allows a bird like this toucan in the pictures (taken at the hotel) to have a habitat full of trees (not these cold hotels without nature), despite being close to Bonito's downtown (just some minutes walking). The hotel is cozy, charming, spacious, gorgeous, and incredibly clean. The breakfast is amazing, and the staff is extremely professional and friendly (especially Luan who stays during the day). I can't find words to describe how pleasant it was to stay at this hotel, which deserves much more than five stars, it is just incomparable. No doubt to stay in this hotel on my next trip to Bonito/MS.

My 7-day stay was wonderful. Beautiful place, full of nature, good food and attentive service. Everything was impeccable and there was a tourism agency inside the inn that advised me on tours in the region. Room cleaning up to date and environments always organized. A perfect place to be alone or with family/friends.

Family atmosphere. Chalets with a good distance from each other, decoration as in the photos, I chose it because it was rustic and had that look of a house and not of colorless hotel rooms and I felt very happy about that, there is a lot of green in all areas of the hotel. which brings a lot of birds (I loved the number of species I saw during my stay). The hammock in the fig tree is simply wonderful. Very varied breakfast, with the ideal amount of fruit and natural juice (no flavor was repeated during the week other than the daily orange option).

The inn is very well located about 1 kilometer from the center and out of the noise. Very good for rest. The hotel facilities are good, however the maintenance of the facilities in general could be improved. A very very very notable point is the attention of Mr. Adalberto, he gave us the most cordial attention, he got us the tours that the agencies sell without even leaving the hotel and much more good attention, in addition to being the only official who speaks Spanish, Portuguese and also Guaraní. On top of that, the attention of the receptionist, Lucas, a young man who clearly does not want any coordiality or good presentation in his job, is the worst. We spent 6 nights in this place.

Comfortable beds, very clean sheets, clean towels, the electric shower needs to be fixed, we were shocked. Outdoor space, nature all around. Improve the decoration. Breakfast was good. To spend a weekend in the city, it is a reasonable hotel.

As soon as we arrived we were very well received by the host and the hotel is very cozy. A calm, extremely organized and beautiful place. The "chalet" rooms are a charm in themselves, we were delighted, they have air conditioning, fan, minibar and good beds. The breakfast is very good and quite diverse, we loved having coffee with the panoramic view of the hotel. It is worth remembering that there is a difference: the hotel has a tour agency, which brings convenience and security. The tours have fixed prices and the service is excellent. Anyway! We loved our experience. We will be back!
