Very peaceful location, very friendly and helpful staff, and a number of on-site activities. The bird feeding site was amazing. The food was ok and the fitness centre requires updating. Very central location to a number of eco-activities and the town of Bonito. Well worth the drive to escape any busy life.

Nice place, huge area and friendly staff. The macaws are amazing, you can stay very close to them. Unfortunately the breakfast is not so good, the hot food is not so hot and the juices have a lot of water.

Hotel muito bom. Café da manhã muito bom. Colchões do quarto poderiam ser mais confortáveis. Apesar de dizer que era cama king, na verdade eram duas "Viúvos" juntas. Banheiro com aspecto de antigo porém bem limpo e funcional. Chuveiro muito bom. Pessoal fica tentando "te empurrar" o jantar, achei com bastante opções porém não achei que o preço valia a pena. A recreação poderia ser um pouco melhor.

A recreação (para a turminha de 4 a 6 anos) deixou a desejar! Não passavam segurança e carisma nenhum para com os menores! Se não tem tato com crianças pequenas deveriam dizer que a recreação é apenas a partir de 6 anos!

Nossa estadia foi boa. O aquecimento das piscinas melhorou muito a experiência no hotel, porém a piscina infantil continua muito gelada e as demais só esquentam ao longo do dia. Pela manhã ainda são geladas. As refeições são boas.
Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiência na recreação, uma das recreadoras (Pink), foi muito grosseira comigo e com meus filhos ao ser questionada. A mesma se mostrou com total despreparo para ser responsável por crianças, zero controle emocional. Quando me propus a relatar o fato, o gerente geral não se encontrava no hotel e o site também não dispõe de canal de comunicação.

Tudo mto bom, porém no restaurante havia muitas moscas na comida. Nós não comemos pão no café da manhã, pois havia moscas neles. Não comemos salada no jantar pois havia moscas na salada. Esse é o único ponto a ser melhorado no hotel. Um hotel dessa categoria é preços não pode relaxar na higiene.
