We stayed here for four nights and were very happy. The rooms are simple, but have air conditioning. The hotel grounds are gorgeous with a pool surrounded by trees and a lovely raised canopied area with mats to relax. The breakfast is large and varied and changes just a little every day. The front desk is extremely helpful and friendly. The first night my air conditioning was a little quirky, and they helped me right away. The hotel is just a couple of blocks from the town plaza and the main street with all the restaurants and shops. We highly recommend it.

Funcionários educados e atenciosos, estrutura um pouco antiga que precisa de algumas manutenções, bom serviço de quarto, ótimo espasso de lazer, bom café da manhã, familiar . Secretária da agenda de turismo do hotel necessita de mais educação!

A pousada fica muito bem localizada e o serviço é simpático e atencioso! A Manutenção dos quartos ficou devendo! Paredes descascando, fiação cheia de adaptações! Chuveiro elétrico bem caído! Café da manhã ok mas não tina manteiga disponível! Pedi e nem no outro dia! A impressão é que a pousada já foi boa mas está faltando gestão! Música alta e de mal gosto na piscina ! Desligamos e ninguém aparece!

Pousada muito boa, sossegada e bem localizada. Destaques para o excelente atendimento dos funcionários e para o magnífico café da manhã - gostoso, farto e variado. Possui boa piscina e tem hidro. Porém, faço algumas ressalvas. O quarto é decepcionante, precisa de reformas (as paredes estavam danificadas em alguns pontos e os acabamentos do banheiro estão despencando). Quando chegamos, não havia o básico: nada de controle remoto para a tv, papel higiênico e nem toalhas para todos os hóspedes. Mas, tirando isso, foi uma estadia agradável, recomendo com certeza.

Hotel bonsai e tudo de bom pra quem curti a natureza lugar sensacional, desde a recepção área de recreação piscinas me senti em casa, sem contar o café da manhã uma delícia, quartos enormes banheiros muito limpo e o chuveiro uma delícia, vale a pena a experiência eu voltaria várias vezes, localização e excelente próximo do centro e restaurante.

O hotel é bem localizado, o que facilita a ida para o centro de Bonito-MS, pois basta caminhar de 3 a 4 quarteirões para chegar aos principais restaurantes e lojas do centro. Tem uma estrutura legal para curtir com piscinas adulto e infantil, piscina aquecida, massagem, lanchonete. Café da manhã fraco, com poucas opções de pães e bolos, o suficiente para um desjejum, repetindo todas as manhãs o mesmo cardápio. Os quartos são grandes com área de banho separado mas sem separação física o que acaba deixando um pouco molhado a área da bacia. A cama é daquelas que são camas individuais que são juntadas para formar uma cama de casal, que acaba incomodando na hora que queremos ficar juntos. O pessoal da recepção, da limpeza, da cozinha todos muito prestativos e sorridentes. Acordar com o canto dos pássaros é um brinde extra, e com sorte pode ser premiado com a visita de macacos nas árvores dentr do hotel...
