The staff was friendly unpon checkin and the location was fine but my issues are the up keep of the roon.we paid 200.00 yes i know on a friday night and unfortunately the room lacked with maintenance.the tp holder was hanging off wall and stains allover the wall.200 for a friday night is still a rip.. Honestly the shampoo and body wash etc was a brand thats all natural.i asked for partial refund but was denied

This property is in need of a total remodel. Bathtub was old, stained, and wouldn’t hold water. The carpet was filthy. Had on wi fii the whole trip. Went down to check out why and there was one person demanding their money back, another with the same problem as I was. The ceiling in the lobby was leaking, the wallpaper was pealing off the walls. Not pleased with this hotel at all!!!!

Awful hotel and grossly understaffed. Construction on rooms every day, banging waking everyone up. Room never cleaned after three nights. Items requested never come to room. Wallpaper falling off. Smell of strong carpet adhesive everywhere. Bathroom in shabby condition as well as shower and tub. Door to hotel not able to close or lock in back. ******* no help rectifying anything, in spite of contacting them twice. Do not go here.

Quality of rooms and overall hotel condition is not what i expected from Holiday Inn. Definitely not worth the money as its very average hotel and you would find better options for lower price. Elevator was old and noisy ( and just one elevator for so many rooms). The bathroom was old and caucking was coming off. Room air conditioner had no control for fan. Also odd thing is that there were construction workers everywhere talking loudly and playing loud songs). Definitely not going again with holiday inn.
