The place and the location were good. Nonetheless, our check in was three hours late than the arranged hour (which is the one they pledge on their page). I consider it is enough time to disturb the planning and we lost reservations we had already paid for, while they kept telling us it would be just 15 minutes more. I understand it was not the recepcionists fault but neither was ours, and we received nothing in exchange (the check out reimained the same). We let them know our dissatisfaction to which they answered our complaint had no sense since the price was cheap enough to be close to the center of Porto (prices were similar in plenty of other apartments). From my point of view, this is not an explanation or excuse, independently of the price they should keep up with what they offer and be real about their services, and if they are not able to, then they are free to change their specifications or prices.
