The location is good, there is a parking space and an elevator that can be reached without going up the stairs first. It is clean and tidy. There are washing machines and dishwashers. It is a 5-minute walk to the most popular pedestrian street and Farmer's Market, which is very convenient. Maria at the front desk was very welcoming. We lost our door key and she promptly replaced it without any extra charge. Thank you.

Well appointed and modern accommodation very close to metro stations and the centre of Porto. We stayed in Apartment 29 on the second floor which was exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything you'd need. BIG DOWN SIDE: Unfortunately, this apartment sits right beside a busy road so during the night it was extremely noisy and disrupted our sleep so much so that we were glad to leave. That being said, an apartment towards the back of the building away from the road is probably fine. Staff were friendly and helpful but appeared shocked to learn that our room was noisy ? ... not sure if this was the first time they'd been told that ... come on now !!

I can highly recommend the apartments at Thomaz Palace. Ours was very clean, had a comfortable bed, a well stocked kitchen with all catering equipment, even a washing machine and dishwasher. Provided coffee pods and tea bags too. Maria met us on arrival and couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Also let us hold our bags there when we went to visit Taylor’s after checking out. Supermarket around the corner and great food options/restaurants nearby. We had a lovely stay - A little bit of a walk from the old town, but not too far (15 mins), and public transport available. Great place to stay.

Beautifully appointed apartment with everything you need for a stay of a few days. Free parking out in the back courtyard was a great bonus. Location is good - a short walk to the old town & 15-20 mins walk down to the river and right near a big supermarket. Excellent info & instructions provided by Maria & her colleague ahead of and upon arrival, which was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Great flat in top location, it has all you need for a great stay in Porto. Deluxe flat is a very good size, with all the necessaries for a comfortable stay (washing machine, dishwasher etc) Very nicely furnished and super clean in a beautiful building. Carla at check in was really helpful and so was Helder: gave lots of useful tips on where to go and do Location is great, within walking distance of train station, centre and shops Would definitely stay again

The apartment was great with private parking! Very, very clean apartment with good wifi. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and accommodating! He communicated with us before we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

O local é fantástico. um apartamento muito bem equipado com tudo que se precisa. muito caprichosos em todos os sentidos! excelente localização próximo ao metrô, mercados e ruas do centro. vale muito a pena. o atendimento é eficaz e a limpeza idem. foi muito bom estar no Thomaz Palace.

Posizione centrale, con garage privato se si arriva in auto. Io ho soggiornato in un appartamento, dotato di tutti i comfort possibili e composto da ampia zona giorno e cucina, camera da letto e due piccolissimi bagni.Il personale è molto gentile e pronto a dispensare buoni consigli.
