Excelencia en la atencion. Fuimos con mi mujer embarazada y mi hijo, pedimos un cambio de hab para estar mas cerca de las instalaciones y se nos otorgó sin problemas.

Infelizmente a propaganda é enganosa, fui pensando que aproveitaria a Sauna, húmida e a seca como haviam prometido nas propagandas. Porém elas ficam desligadas o dia todo e quando ligam deixam na temperatura mais fria do que o ambiente externo. Ou seja, era melhor falar que não tem sauna do que ficar nessa palhaçada para economizarem energia elétrica.

Lugar é bem bonito, mas a acessibilidade bem é complicada. Ao chegar tivemos que subir muitos degraus carregando nossas malas e para ir embora o mesmo, sem ajuda dos atendentes.Poderiam ser mais prestativos sabendo da dificuldade do local. Se você tem algum familiar com problema de locomoção não é um lugar adequado pois tem muitas escadas para todos o lados e não tem opção de Elevador devido a infraestrutura do local. Nosso apto apresentava mofo no teto da sala , que para quem tem rinite é muito desconfortável.

Hermoso hotel con excelentes vistas, habitaciones equipadas con heladera, microondas y con unas vistas increibles ya que está arriba de un morro. Desayuno variado y abundante El personal es super amable tanto el de recepción, limpieza como también la gente del restaurant.

Pontos positivos A pousada fica nas montanhas onde é possível ver a praia de ambos os lados. Restaurante serve um bom café da manhã. Ficamos em uma quarto cuja varanda dava para ver o mar. Pontos negativos Minha reserva informava que horário de checkin era a partir das 14:00, porém a pousada alegava que era a partir das 15:00. A pousada não soube lidar com o erro de informação, o que gerou muito descontentamento. O quarto tinha cheiro forte de mofo quando as portas e janelas estavam fechadas. Notamos que parte do teto do quarto estava mofado.

A Pousada fica entre as praias de 4 ilhas e Bombinhas. A vista da varanda do nosso quarto era incrível. A vista do café da manhã dava para ver as duas praias. Sugerimos que a sauna esteja disponível por mais tempo (só abria à partir das 18:00) e que a temperatura da sauna a vapor fique acima dos 50 graus.
